00:04The President, following your meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu yesterday,
00:08has your thinking changed at all as it relates to these negotiations with Iran or the timeline with Iran?
00:14The President, we have to make a deal. Otherwise, it's going to be very traumatic.
00:18Very traumatic. I don't want that to happen, but we have to make a deal.
00:22They should have made a deal the first time, and they got Midnight Hammer instead.
00:27And this will be very traumatic for Iran if they don't make a deal.
00:30Look, if they don't make a deal, then it'll be a different story.
00:34But we had a very good meeting yesterday with Bibi Netanyahu, and he understands.
00:41But it's ultimately up to me.
00:43If the deal isn't a very fair deal and a very good deal with Iran,
00:48then it's going to be, I think, a very difficult time for them in the back.
00:55I guess over the next month, something like that.
00:58Yeah, it shouldn't take â I mean, it should happen quickly.
01:01They should agree very quickly. Yeah.
01:03But this is now taking it to a level that I think, Lee, that nobody ever thought even â
01:07Why does Prime Minister Netanyahu want you to stop negotiating with Iran?
01:12He is â you're saying, stop entertaining, stop talking to them?
01:17Didn't say that. We didn't discuss that.
01:19I'll talk to them as long as I like, and we'll see if we can get a deal with them.
01:23And if we can't, we'll have to go to phase two. Phase two will be very tough for them.
01:28I'm not looking for that.
01:29We have half an ounce of fuel. Do we have fuel for the next time?
01:34Now that the war is ending in Gaza and Israel, I wanted to ask,
01:37do you believe BBE bears any responsibility for the security failures that we saw on October 7th?
01:42Well, October 7th was a rough time, and I guess everybody's responsible, which you had to look.
01:47But it was a terrible attack. It was a sneak attack. It was as violent as â you know,
01:54unfortunately, I've seen some of the results at levels that probably even you â good reporter,
02:00but probably you haven't seen. It was a horrible thing that took place.
02:04People were surprised. It was a surprise attack. Nobody saw that coming. He didn't see it coming.
02:09Nobody else would have seen it coming if they were in his position, I don't believe.
02:13But I can tell you, he's been a very good wartime prime minister. He's been very strong.
02:18We've worked with him very well. We had tremendous success with Iran and everything else we've done.
02:24And he really has been. He's been, you know, extraordinary as far as a wartime prime minister.
02:28Not easy. And, you know, you have a president that refuses to give him a pardon.
02:34I think that man should be ashamed of himself, a pardon over this trial that's going on.
02:39The president of Israel, the primary power he's got is the power to give pardons.
02:43And he's not â you know, he said he's given it five different times,
02:48but he doesn't want to do it because I guess he loses his power.
02:51I think the people of Israel should really shame him. He's disgraceful for not giving it.
02:57He should give it. But Bibi has been a great wartime prime minister. And I've been the best friend
03:04to Israel, I think, that they've ever had â a lot of people say beyond precedence â that they've ever
03:10had. And we will continue to be. Yes, ma'am. Thank you very much, everybody. Thank you.
03:14Thank you. Thank you, Mr. President.
03:18Let's go.
03:19Cheers.
03:23Cheers.
03:24Cheers.
