07:45scamping around town hall in the dead of the night without any pants on after sneaking a woman

09:47came across the video after noticing the mayor's swipe card being used to access town hall at unusual
09:53times in the complaint noble claims the video shows the mayor entering town hall after midnight
09:59accompanied by an adult woman and later the mayor walking through town hall hallways without pants for an
10:05extended period okay the lawsuit alleges that after motion detectors were tripped and mooresville police
10:10showed up the video shows the woman retreated into the mayor's office and that altogether the video
10:16showed conduct inconsistent with town ethics and security policies in december 2024 i asked mayor
10:23kearney what we would see if the town released the video if we were to get this video what would
10:28we see
10:29that just me using there's no video of me in my office or anything i mean it's all about me

10:35hallways i can't imagine being anything that would be pressing me going to the bathroom i mean we all know
10:40there are cameras in these facilities why why would we go to a public building and then engage in this

10:45of behavior it's just it's mind-boggling and i couldn't even believe it noble said that after seeing the video
10:51he reported it to his supervisor but after that his lawsuit claims he was investigated put on
10:56administrative leave and recommended for termination yeah did it feel like a witch hunt at a certain point
11:01oh 100 yeah there was a lot of things that were brought up in the interview that were completely
11:06untrue he found a very serious ethical violation did exactly what he was mandated to do and now he's
11:13being punished for it i feel like the public needs to become more aware about its government and
11:18operations of government and this is the best way to do it should they expect more from their
11:22elected leaders their town officials absolutely they can never prove it but he was banging that
11:28lady listen all you all you have to know is that no pants like if he is walking around the
