00:12excited for this nothing unites the nations more than bridgerton i think we're gonna watch

00:38book club for shows and it's really awesome but yeah everybody's saying that it's pretty good
00:43which is reassuring because if you guys remember i was not really a fan of the last season it just
00:49was not doing it for me girl i was so disappointed there was just way too much going on focusing on
00:56way too many people the romance wasn't hitting the characters weren't hitting and i was going
01:00crazy watching that like i feel like it was the easiest of all the plots to do like a little
01:05friends to lovers moment y'all shouldn't have been struggling with that like it was really just
01:09childhood friends to lovers girl and y'all weren't able to convey the friendship or the romantic
01:14relationship what are we doing so yeah i'm really hoping that this is good and they're able to kind of
01:19reel it back into what it used to be giving because we're kind of losing that we kind of lost the plot
01:23last season i'm not gonna lie this is actually the only one of the bridgerton books i've read an
01:28offer from a gentleman even though i dnf'd it because i'm not gonna lie julia quinn is not the
01:33best author she's just not like we have to be honest but from what i remember this story is very
01:39cinderella coded like it's very similar to cinderella so i've always loved a little cinderella-esque
01:46retelling i love a masquerade ball trope something about a masquerade ball and a little story like it
01:51just eats like hopefully it's good even though benedict low-key for the streets like he's been
01:55having way too much going on in the last three seasons but we've been watching so much garbage
01:59lately that honestly there's no way this will be worse than that one thing about bridgerton is that
02:04even when the writing isn't doing it at least the production quality is super high the music eats i can't
02:09wait to see what songs they're gonna turn into classical songs for this season the costumes i hope that
02:14they're just as nice it's gonna be good i don't know when y'all are gonna be seeing this video but
02:18it's february so the romantic vibes are in the air valentine's vibes this is the perfect show to be
02:24watching in february and it's also black history month
