00:02The people of Denmark are our friends.
00:05And when you have friends, you respect that relationship, you trust each other, and that's
00:10what we have to do as a country.
00:12Unfortunately, we have a president that has broken that trust, has broken that trust,
00:17I think, in a significant way, and we now have to repair it.
00:21There are some members of my party who don't want to be seen as engaging in anything that
00:31might be viewed as contrary to President Trump's initiative or desire, and so who may not be
00:39speaking out publicly on the issue of Greenland specifically.
00:45But I will tell you, I have had more than my share of conversations with fellow Republicans
00:52who have said there is a red line when it comes to occupying, owning, controlling, taking over
01:04Greenland.
