00:22Nielsen said in a post on Facebook,
00:24quote, we have a public health care system where treatment is free for citizens. It is a deliberate choice.
00:31Nielsen said Greenland remained open to dialogue and cooperation with the U.S., but that the country should, quote, talk
00:37to us instead of just making more or less random outbursts on social media.
00:41Greenland, Denmark and the U.S. late last month launched diplomatic talks to resolve the crisis between the parties.
00:47That's after months of tension within the NATO Defense Alliance over Trump's threats against the Arctic territory.
00:54Trump's post on the ship came hours after Denmark's Joint Arctic Command said it had evacuated a crew member who
01:00required urgent medical treatment from a U.S. submarine in Greenlandic waters.
01:05It wasn't clear if the post had any connection to the evacuation.
