00:09So we just signed with an AI consulting company.
00:13So what we're doing is building personal shoppers.
00:16So we're collecting, when our customers come over, we're using like quizzes and emails
00:22to be able to get the things that's important to them.
00:25How do you use your glasses? What kind of styles you like?
00:29So we're using that information to build custom shoppers, personal shoppers,
00:33to be able to walk our customers through that process and make a more immersive experience for them online.
00:40And I think that's something you have to have as an e-commerce company.
00:44You have to find out how do you build experience.
00:46And I think technology does that really well.
00:49And so our competition doesn't have that yet.
00:53So I'm excited to walking that out with our new customers.
