00:00I think he's definitely the biggest catalyst to our success this year.
00:04He came in and set the culture from day one and had the mindset that we were going to win now.
00:09Some people go through that rebuilding phase.
00:11He wasn't having any of that. He wanted to win and win now.
00:13And we kind of embodied that.
00:15It was kind of give and take him and implementing the culture and us accepting it
00:18and being a part of it and giving our energy into it.
00:21So he does a great job, especially with the offense and all that he does with the intricacies of that.
00:27But leading the team as a whole, he was awesome.
00:28He's done a great job throughout his time in the league.
00:31He's done a great job in the poising those moments, which you kind of see from veteran players.
00:35He's doing it in year two.
00:36So to see that improvement and him to make those heroic plays is nothing new to us.
00:40I think we've seen it in practice before.
00:42He's done it on a random Wednesday practice, random Tuesday, Thursday practice.
00:48So it was cool to go see him do that on live television.
00:51It's up in the biggest moments.
00:52So excited for his growth and excited where he's going to keep going.
00:55Yeah, absolutely.
00:56I think we've got some young players on the team.
00:58Mixed with a good amount of veterans and great players all around on every position.
01:02So the team probably won't be the exact same as it was this year.
01:05We'll have a few new additions, a few guys leaving, which is bittersweet.
01:08But I think the core is a good core.
01:11And I think we'll be good for years to come.
01:13We've just got to sacrifice a little bit more, work a little bit harder,
01:16so we can end up in the game going on this weekend.
