00:00Now recently we saw the killing of Madhvi Hidma, one of the most feared Maoist leaders and a lot
00:06of people are discussing that how this is possibly a big turning point in our fight against the Maoist
00:12insurgency. How much do you think it will be a hit for the insurgency and do you think that it will
00:18now help us with greater force to disintegrate the entire movement? Yes you know I can well tell you
00:25Hidma, he was of course he belong, he is the son of the soil of Chathisgarh, he is from Sukma, he is 44 years old
00:33and I can well tell you he joined first CPI and then he joined Maoist movement. He became a
00:46Central Committee member and he was commanding the first PLGA Battalion, the Guerrilla Army Battalion
00:54in Naxalites and that is the biggest operational battalion in the whole of Red Corridor and
01:02practically he was the mastermind of all operations, big operations which were planned and which were
01:10executed all over in Red Corridor including that of Talmetalla and Dati Bada where in 2010, 76,
01:19CRPF personnel were killed and then in 2013, the Jirav Ghati operation where 32 congress leaders
01:28were killed and then 2011 where another 25 CRPF persons were killed and 2021 also he killed in Sukma,
01:38Bijapur Road about 22 police personnel. He was in fact a terror and in all the tribal area because he was the
01:47king of Dandakaranya, Vastar and also Abu Smar and he was the only member in Central Committee from
01:57Vastar and Dandakaranya division and anywhere weapons were snatched and recovered and recovered from
02:05snatched from security forces by Naxalites. That used to go to Hidma's PLJ number one PLJ battalion,
02:13that was Hidma. I had been to Jirav Ghati just three days after the incident happened in 2013 and I know
02:24how Hidma planned with 350 Naxalites there in Nambos and they skipped very nicely through Tulsi Dogri to
02:33Odisha in Malkangiri. They escaped to another state. Now, as because after this Karai Gura operation
02:42in April which continued for 21 days and the biggest operation in the history of security forces in
02:49India there 31 Naxalites were killed and Hidma was also there but Hidma had five-layer security and he
02:58could manage to escape from that place. Then of course Vasav Rao's Raju was killed with 26 more civilians
03:06who have worn noxalites in Chattisgarh. There also Hidma was there and there also Hidma escaped.
03:13Hidma was I mean he was a great person. He knew the terrain, the best part of it. He knew the terrain
03:21and he knew all the roads and how to escape in an operation and then what happened? Venugopal surrendered
03:30at Garciroli. He requested Hidma, please surrender, come to Mokhya Dharam and come back but he didn't
03:40bother for Venugopal's messages. Then his mother was contacted. His mother requested sent a message,
03:48Hidma's mother. Hidma, please come back, leave the weapons, leave this thing and come back,
03:54come back to your home. I am waiting. He refused to come back. He thought perhaps after so many
04:01persons where the leaders were killed and so many persons were apprehended and not a lot of leaders
04:08surrendered. He may lead whole of noxalites all over India. That is what he thought. But the way
04:16Chattisgarh security forces, they started operating all over places. We had about more than 100
04:25forwarding operation bases in Dandakaryana, Bastar and Abu Smar where they were dominating. We entered
04:33there and opened the camps. He had no other option than to escape to Andhra. He tried to escape. He
04:42tried to escape with his wife Raje, Rajakha. She was also along with him and another four
04:50nationalite leaders. They all six of them, they were escaping from Chattisgarh to Andhra to get shelter
04:56there. But this information, this intelligence could come to security forces and Talingana police,
05:04Greyhound, including Andhra police, Odisha police and Chattisgarh police, they all surrounded him in
05:13Meridu Dumili forest of Aluri district in Odisha-Andhra border, Chattisgarh border in the Trijunction
05:20and the contact continued from 6 o'clock and the firing started from 6 o'clock morning and that all
05:30the end of Hidma. Hidma was killed along with his wife and other four Nuxilites. That is what I am
05:37telling. After Hidma was killed, PLGA battalion, the biggest battalion, the operational battalion of
05:45Nuxilites and the Maoists, they don't have a leader. There is no young leader who can lead PLGA
05:53battalion and most of the weapons have been surrendered. And they don't, they don't have a place
05:59to recruit. The tribals are not interested to, to be recruited into Mao Zim and Nuxilites. And they
06:08don't have a training place also to give them the training and they don't have an instructor. They
06:15had the improvised explosive device instructor. That is a Maituri Jokha Rao called Tech Sankar. And
06:25this Tech Sankar, the leader, he was also the central committee member of Andhra-Odisha border.
06:31The next day, in the same forest, in the same district, he was with another, another six Nuxilites,
06:39with three women Nuxilites. They were also trying to escape. And the next day, again, firing continued
06:46from six to seven, one hour. And Tech Sankar was killed, along with six more Nuxilites, including
06:55three women Nuxilites. So that is the end of, I'm telling operational capability of Nuxilites.
07:04They cannot have any force to go direct to ambush security forces or direct to open fire. They just
07:13don't have the capability. Now what they can do, if few persons are there, they will go for
07:21placing improvised explosive devices in a place with pressure switch. So that Bacchan security forces,
07:29they go on that road or track, they may be blasted. That's different. So that happens everywhere in
07:35India. But they are finished now. And what Mr. Amit Shah and our honorable prime minister, they
07:43they get that verdict, you see, by 31st December 31st March 26th. And then Amit Shah Ji told,
07:51before 30th November, I want Hidma to be apprehended, or I want Hidma to surrender,
07:58or I want Hidma to be killed. And this happened 12 days before 30th November, 2025. And I'm very sure
08:09what our noble prime minister has thought that India will be Nuxil Mukt Bharat. That's Nuxil Mukt Bharat.
08:17It may happen by 31st December, 2025, because Hidma has gone and operational capability that has gone to
08:26zero. Dev Ji is now, he is now wondering, he is now running away. Dev Ji is running away. He will be killed
08:35or to be caught or he may surrender any time. Now the family of Dev Ji is saying that he has been
08:41apprehended, but the police has denied it. Yes, that was a statement by, by his family. And it came out
08:49that the day, the next day when Tech Sankar was killed, information came that Dev Ji also was killed.
08:56But all the seven dead bodies, they were identified. And Dev Ji is still there. And he is, he is there
09:04and that's all. But Dev Ji cannot lead PLGA 1st Battalion. He has no operational capability. But Dev Ji will be caught.
09:13Dev Ji will surrender. They have no other option. And the best part of it, Hina, I will tell you,
09:19this first PLGM, Italian personnel, so-called Nuxilites with weapons, they are giving a message
09:27that we are ready to surrender. The surrender policy of Chhattisikhar government is such,
09:33which was adopted by Odisha, Andhara, Telangana and all other states. The way they are looking after
09:39those surrendering Nuxilites and their families, definitely the PLGA Battalion,
09:451st Battalion personnel will surrender with arms. They have no other option enough.
