01:23It honestly, it feels incredible. We're out here and they have live performances.
01:28It's been so fun, so festive and really gets us in the spirit.
01:31So can you tell us about some of the black owned brands that you have featured this year?
01:35Yes, we selected some amazing brands that we thought would be amazing gifts for everyone.
01:41We have Sweet Body by KLS, who has really good smelling soaps, body scrubs.
01:47Nightingale Collection has beautiful candles.
01:50And then we have Head Attire custom jackets as well as hats.
01:55And Uncrowned Kings has a lot of custom shirts, sweaters, jackets as well.

03:07So I just want to talk a little bit about this film.
03:11How does it feel to be a part of creating something that very well my grandchildren could be enjoying and create this?
03:19Like, why shouldn't we have our own black Christmas universe?
03:22Absolutely. Yes.
03:23Like, how does that feel?
03:24It feels amazing, and it was the mission all along.
03:27My husband, David E. Talbert, wrote and directed it.
03:30This was a 20-year passion project that we did together, and it's so important to us because we wanted to create that holiday classic piece for our kids and our grandkids because we didn't have that growing up.
03:42Oh.
03:43You know? And so it was important to us that it be an original piece because a lot of times there's a lot of remakes.
03:48Yeah.
03:49And it's time for us to have our original stories told, right?
03:51I love that, Lynn.
03:52Yeah.
03:53So now we're bringing this experience in partnership with Essence, Westfield, and Walmart.

04:01What was the vision behind this real-life experience?
04:04The vision is to make Jingle Jangle a part of our holidays forever.
04:08You know, we're working on so many different things.
04:11We have this beautiful activation, and thank you to Essence and Westfield and Walmart.
04:16And it's about having the spirit of anything is possible.
04:19Oh, I love that.

04:21So it's about believing.
04:22It's about hope, faith, love, all the things that I believe we need to cherish more, especially now.
04:27And that's what we want to push.
04:30That's what we want to create.
04:32And that's what we want people to feel.
04:34Oh, and that is so important.
04:36What's next for Jingle Jangle?

04:41We are working on Jingle Jangle live on stage, which I'm so excited.
04:46We have Jingle Jangle books.
04:47We have Jingle Jangle merchandising.
04:50And so, like I said, it's about I want to be wearing my Jingle Jangle pajamas and my Jingle Jangle bedding.

04:56Absolutely.
04:57It's about because so many other titles do that.
04:59But I want my son and your daughter to see people that look like them and to be able to know that they can do it too.
