00:30packed with a lot of nutrition quite often and I thought that maybe a lot of other people are
00:36struggling with the same problems. Yes absolutely. I think everybody gets winter cravings.
00:41It's Christmas time, December time, people are like you know let it go. It is the party time. It's the party time.
00:48Yes. People drink, eat a lot. Some people do that holiday spirit and you gain that holiday
00:57weight. See alcohol by no chance can be good not even in small amount. It's simple. It's alcohol.
01:07It goes into your body. It takes it directly goes into your liver and it takes almost 72 hours to get
01:16utilized utilized as a source of energy okay to wash off from your body. So till that time you stop
01:22complete fat burning okay. So the fat is all going into your fat stores. Whatever you are eating extra
01:29is going into your fat stores. So alcohol should be at the minimum minimum level. You can maybe take a
01:36you know 15 ml 15 ml and just finish it off there okay and pull out throughout the party with that alcohol and food wise.
01:46Food wise you have to see to that you eat enough proteins so that the whole you know the whole absorption slows down.
01:55So if you put in good amount of proteins before you start with the alcohol and some good amount of
02:02salads like in form of fiber it will slow down the absorption and then you you are at least somewhere
02:08better than the others. Okay. Okay and very very mindful eating never goes for never going for all those
02:16fries, sweets, desserts you know. But typically what I have seen when when somebody indulges in alcohol those
02:25tidbits that are there lying around you it's just you know you're in a different world different thought
02:30process all that time. You start picking up one and you start eating eating and it there's a there's
02:36absolutely no stopping you eat eat eat over indulge and then hence sorry you're over indulging alcohol plus
02:44over indulgence in food you're bound to gain body fat it's just not fat you're going to gain a lot of
02:50water weight also. Water weight will go off that is not a worry but the fat is all there. So you have
02:58to find time for a little bit of exercise eat otherwise eat your balanced meal manage your meals well and
03:05when once you're partying be sure you're absolutely doing mindful eating. Okay absolutely because otherwise
03:12see I can't ask anybody to stop you know don't socialize that's part of our you know culture
03:19culture and we like to socialize so much of stress all around us we like to go and meet friends you
03:25know have a little good time with them.
