01:23it definitely feels like a European getaway where you can come for a Sunday brunch the brunch normally is between 1230 to 430 p.m. and they have a beautifully curated menu very well thought out menu that has Spanish delicacies mixed with Italian and a lot of like luxe dishes that sort of like promises you comfort good time and of course
01:52dining which is more than just an experience so this is their brunch menu they also have the other menu the a la carte but the brunch menu has all the classics and I'm gonna order so much from it that you guys can't even imagine
02:09okay so I'm gonna try ordering some food here and this is the special brunch menu as I mentioned they also have like an a la carte menu
02:30um but what I feel here is that that um the spread is very vibrant comforting um really really really well curated and great for long conversations enjoying the slow vibe
02:48because Bombay is such like a hectic kind of a place so if you want to have a slow sort of like a day or if you're hungover also so this is the place you need to come at

03:03so I've ordered my brunch now um clearly it's a lot but it looks so delicious first we have the fluffy pancakes
03:27which is gonna serve as a palate cleanser between all the savory dishes that I'm gonna have
03:32uh this is with seasonal fruits fresh cream and maple syrup then we have tachos which is uh um from the tapas menu and uh this is a potato dish
03:44the spanish dish which is gonna be very savory filling then we come to my favorite alio oleo because I love alio oleo the garlic the freshness of it
03:55oh my god I just everywhere wherever I go I just have to have alio oleo then we have obviously the juicy tender um buffalo chicken wings because this is my comfort food
04:08then we have the shiitake and corn um croquettes which is something that is new that I'm gonna try
