00:00Executive Secretary Ralph Recto led the oath-taking of 58 newly appointed government officials.

00:06Among them was national TV news anchor Aljo Bindiho,

00:10who was named the new Director 2 of the Land Transportation, Franchising, and Regulatory Board.

00:16In his message, Recto reminded the appointees their positions are not privileges,

00:22but a commitment to serve the Filipino people.

00:24They emphasize their performance should be measured by the positive impact their work brings to the lives of citizens.
