01:56clause is concerned it talks about how the memo of arrest reasons for arrest need to be provided
02:02to the accused the reason needs to be mentioned in the memo also the relatives of the accused need
02:09to be informed about the arrest etc now according to the High Court those guidelines were not followed
02:14and therefore the court has directed that the accused be released in this case and also that the order be
02:20communicated forthwith to the authorities to ensure that the same is complied with so on a technicality
02:26on a legality aspect his arrest and detention in a way has been said to be illegal by the Allahabad High
02:33court and hence he will be relieved in person of this order back to you all right i'm going to leave it
