00:11foreign minister, there has already been an exchange of proposals, which
00:16are progressing, pending a meeting that Kulchay plays next week.
00:20The tension began when the Ecuadorian government unilaterally imposed
00:2430% tariff on Colombian imports. In response to Quito's decision,
00:27Colombia did the same with 20 Ecuadorian products and suspended
00:31energy sales. However, in recent hours, the head of Colombia's
00:35foreign policy stated in an interview with a Colombian media outlet that the
00:39de-escalation of tensions has begun.
