Guatemala: Man experiences a breathtaking volcano eruption that makes his exhausting hike completely worthwhile

After a challenging hike, Alexander witnessed a surreal view that instantly made all his efforts worthwhile.

"Hiking Acatenango was harder than I expected — long hours, cold wind, and a trail that never seemed to level out," Alexander told WooGlobe. "But the moment Fuego erupted right in front of me, it all paid off. The sky lit up, the ground shook, and for a few seconds, I forgot how tired I was.

"And the best part? I captured the whole moment on video — easily the best footage I’ve ever taken."
