00:00Good day, everybody. I hope that you are well. I hope that you are here. I hope that you are
00:16present. I hope that this Afropunk series has been fantastic for you. So today I am welcomed
00:23by Afropunk and Hill House to deliver a mantra meditation for you guys in an experience that
00:29we're going to try to really understand more about who it is that we are. Mantras. Let's maybe start
00:35there. Do you know what a mantra is? Maybe you don't. Maybe you do. Depending on the situation,
00:41mantras can mean many things, but really the mantra is a focal point, right? It's just there to make us
00:47focus on something, but it also is a vibration because with each syllable, there's a sound
00:54and that vibration is what we really want to understand and also hinge the things that we need
01:00and be able to grasp some of these concepts. Now, myself, my name is Omar Davis. I am a health and
01:09wellness educator on many, many different various locations and aspects from meditation to building
01:15curriculums. So a lot of these practices are something that I learned for myself and I'm also
01:22looking to give it to the world now that we are here presently in this current time and this climate.
01:29One of the things that I would like to definitely talk about before we get into the meditation
01:33is just a quick education, right? It's really, really, really important that we know what it is that we
01:39are, that we know what it is that is on the inside and how we function. Now, with that, it's also
01:47understanding that everything in this universe is vibrating, everything on all levels, and we're
01:52going to get more into that. I wanted to read a real quick quote, and because this is in celebration
01:57of Black joy and the climate of our Black experience right now, we are looking to uplift each other in
02:05a way that we did not have, right? And so that's what this is all about, is for us to come together
02:10and reshape some of the things that have been cultural norms, biases, gender roles, and all
02:16these things that have been put on us systemically. So we're going to really push against that with our
02:21vibration today, and that's the whole point. So really quickly, I'm a big fan of Neil deGrasse Tyson,
02:26and he has a quote that I want to share with you, and maybe it'll help you understand a little bit
02:31more of how important you are in this universe and a little bit more about your connection with
02:36yourself. So it reads as this, we are a part of this universe. We are in this universe, but perhaps
02:44more important than both of these facts, that the universe is in us. Now, I'm going to show you
02:52what that means really quickly in a digression of your body, just so that you can have a really small
03:00understanding of how you work, how your body works, what you are as an organism, like I mentioned before.
03:06Now, we just talked about a mantra being a frequency, a frequency, a sound, a vibration. Now, if you
03:15understand a study called cymatics, cymatics is whenever we can see what visible sound looks like
03:22in water. It makes an imprint of the actual five-dimensional spherical sound that's moving in
03:29all directions and all places. And so when we can see this, we see that it has geometrical structure,
03:35and the geometrical structure is kind of the basis of how things work in the entire universe. Now,
03:42the universe is vibrating, and it's also making a sound. It's making waveforms. It's creating particles.
03:49It's having light waves, all these different things that are happening within your body. And so from
03:56there, understanding that you are made of these same atoms. That's what Neil deGrasse Tyson was talking
04:02about when he said that the universe is inside of us. The same atoms, hydrogen, carbon, oxygen,
04:11I'm having a brain fart, and all these other different types of atoms are actually in your DNA
04:16structure. And so let me just take you through a little journey, right? Whenever you really think
04:22about us as a whole, we always think of us as an individual, right? You individualize yourself.
04:29But as the individual, let's talk about the layers of consciousness that you have
04:34in your conscious, in your human experience. So let's just start with the skin. The skin is the
04:40first surface, right? It's the protective barrier. It's your outer layer. But the skin is made up of
04:46trillions times a trillion cells. It has so many active ingredients and active things that are making
04:52it work just so that you have protection, just so that you have the tone that you have.
04:57And so from there, it's understanding that whenever you go deeper and you get smaller and smaller inside
05:03of your body, you realize that even your muscles are made up of all these cells and they're all holding
05:09on together and they're all dying together. They're all being reborn together. And even your bones,
05:14they're to support you. So you have all these different functions of your body,
05:19but then you have a whole universe within that universe where there's bacteria, there's viruses,
05:26there's all these little types of microorganisms and organelles and all these things. And so when
05:32you even go inside of the cell into the area where there's all types of mitochondria, so the cell
05:39itself has its own boundary. And inside of that, it has its own universe, its own life force, its own
05:45product. And then when you go inside the nucleus and the chromosomes and you start seeing the
05:50chromosomes are tightly wound DNA, and then you notice that it's a whole universe as well. The
05:57chromosomes have little tiny critters and little tiny organisms living on them to help build your
06:02chromosomes so that you can have another cell. And then when you go inside the DNA, inside the actual
06:07atoms that make up the DNA, what you find is it looks like an organized star system of light all
06:15around you. And everything is vibrating and everything is moving. And you're hearing this buzzing sound,
06:20kind of like ohm, because it's making all these sounds and all these movements at once. And so it's
06:25really about understanding your own mantra, right? Your own personal vibration, your own insight.
06:32So we will focus on specific mantras in this meditation as we start to close up this little
06:38lecture. And from that point, what I'm going to really focus on is I'm going to focus on you
06:43finding your presence, your inner awareness. That's what this is about right now. We can change
06:52the world. We can change our atmosphere. We can change our environment. We can change our lives
06:58simply by finding our own tune, by finding our own frequency. And that's what we're going to focus on
07:05with this mantra. So right now, now that we're here, we're going to get into it. I know I've been
07:12talking a lot, you know, sometimes what I do, but for all of you out there, it's much love. I want you
07:18to get yourself into a position. I want you to get yourself into a situation where you can be comfortable.
07:23Please don't lay down. If you're laying down, sit up. If you need to go against the wall so that you
07:29can put your back up, but don't lay down because if you fall asleep, you may miss some of this,
07:33even though your subconscious is still getting it. But we want to be present, right? Because together
07:38we are a collective. And the fact that we're all doing this together right now, all around the world,
07:44we are literally sending frequencies and vibrations to literally ripple like an ocean when you throw,
07:50or a lake when you throw rocks in. So we're rippling together. We're creating this energy
07:54together. So I want you guys to really be present. And with that, get into a position where you can
08:00sit. If you need to, grab the little meat around the little butt and little thighs and go ahead and
08:06pull that out. Other side, that way you can sit on your sits bones, which is the very bottom of your
08:11tailbone, the bones that hold up your pelvis. So as you're sitting, allow your alignment to come up
08:17straight, allow your chest to point up. This is another good focal point because it'll help you
08:22not to do this slouch. We don't want to do that. We want to stay focused and present. So with that
08:27said, we're going to keep our eyes open really quick. And we're going to get into our breath.
08:31We're going to do a breath in through the nose for four seconds. And we're going to exhale out for
08:37eight seconds. And so the exhale out needs to be real slow, but the inhale in needs to be strong and
08:43present. So on the count of three, with your eyes open, staring at a soft spot in front of you,
08:47or you can look at my wonderful, beautiful face. One, two, three, in through your nose,
08:54behind the belly button, breathe in. And I want you to exhale out of your mouth.
09:06As the eight seconds ends, we're going to breathe into our belly.
09:14And as we exhale, slowly and softly out of our mouth.
09:23And as we inhale, I want you to begin to just feel the air, feel those atoms coming into your lungs,
09:30coming into your belly. And as you exhale, understand that the carbon is coming out of your mouth.
09:43And as you inhale again, I want you to just feel your body, feel your toes,
09:48feel your muscles, feel your bones, as you exhale.
09:55And on this next inhale, I want you to bring that breath into the diaphragm.
10:00Breathe deep into the diaphragm. You may feel some tension.
10:06And exhale out of your mouth, slowly letting it just fall naturally.
10:10Another diaphragmic breath.
10:20As you exhale, you may notice some heat as you're starting to build that fire and make that connection with the body,
10:26exhaling out.
10:28As you breathe in again, let that air come to the chest.
10:31And as we relax our shoulders, I invite you to close your eyes or you can keep staring softly at a point in front of you.
10:42And as you're breathing into your chest and shoulders, I want you to begin to just relax.
10:53I want you to relax your shoulders and neck.
10:55I want you to even relax your jaw.
11:00Relax your eyes, your eyebrows.
11:04Even relax the back of your neck, the skull.
11:09Relax your mind.
11:10And as you're relaxing your mind, I want you to relax your ribs, your upper back.
11:21And as you're relaxing your ribs and upper back, I want you to relax your diaphragm area.
11:37I want you to relax your abdomen, your organs.
11:45And I want you to now breathe into any area that you find needs your attention right now.
11:51Any area that needs just a little bit of compassion from you, just with the breath.
12:00Mine is my belly, the lower left side.
12:06Just sense your body to find where the breath needs to go.
12:18And as you're breathing into your body,
12:21as you're breathing into relaxation,
12:24I want us to collectively repeat a mantra.
12:32And what I want you to do is imagine and use your senses.
12:41I want you to visually see the vibration coming from your heart and expanding like a sphere growing in all directions for eternity.
12:49And I want you to also feel the waveforms of energy that are coming out of you as we say these mantras.
12:58And we're going to keep coming back to these mantras throughout the session.
13:01So the first one is with the deep breath.
13:09I am safe.
13:15With another deep breath.
13:16And I want you to take feedback from your body as you're breathing in.
13:29As you exhale out, I am safe.
13:38Feel how your body relaxes whenever you feel safe.
13:41If you feel some tension, then speak to that tension.
13:47And you say to that tension,
13:49I am safe.
13:52And as you inhale, take in the energy of safety.
13:59What does it look like to be safe?
14:04And as you exhale, you say to the world,
14:06I am safe.
14:07With another deep breath, you focus your energy in your belly,
14:17just behind your belly button.
14:19And you say from your belly, I am safe.
14:26And as you breathe into your belly, feeling your sacrum, feeling your hips,
14:32you exhale, I am safe, as you begin to relax.
14:37As you take another deep breath in, you move on to the mantra,
14:48I am love.
14:53We bring our attention to our heart.
14:56We begin to feel this love and this vibration coming from our heart
15:01as we breathe in and we exhale out, I am love.
15:07And as we connect with our heart more and as we connect with love more,
15:18we breathe in and we visualize what does love look like to us?
15:24And as we exhale out, we say to the world, I am love.
15:29Still holding that visualization of what love looks like.
15:33I want you to tune into your senses and allow your mind to let go if you have
15:48things pulling you from the left and to the right as the monkey mind does.
15:53And I want you to just focus solely on the vibration, I am love.
15:58And I want you to now move into your mind as you begin to focus on your brain
16:16and the electricity.
16:20As we say to our mind, to our third eye, to our first eye,
16:25I am conscious.
16:31And as we take a deep breath,
16:33we exhale out, I am conscious.
16:39As we feel this vibration expanding in our mind,
16:44we feel the energy of these words.
16:47We even feel the electricity moving.
16:52As we breathe in the oxygen into our brain and as we exhale,
16:56we say, I am conscious.
17:02And we also want to allow our minds to be open.
17:06We want to allow our minds to be soft and not stubborn.
17:09We want to imagine for opportunity and creation rather than walls and rigidity.
17:28We're now going to go a little deeper.
17:30I want you to focus on your skin.
17:38I want you to physically, mentally, emotionally,
17:43and with your intuition, sense your skin.
17:48And as you're sensing your skin,
17:55I want you to think about the color of your skin.
18:02And I want you to give thanks
18:04to the intelligent system and the chemical
18:08that allows you to absorb sunlight.
18:13Your skin tone is not relevant.
18:20The fact that you have melanin,
18:22we all have melanin in our skin.
18:27Its job is to process sunlight.
18:32Let's feel gratitude for our skin.
18:37Let's feel love for our skin.
18:46Because it keeps us here in this physical body.
18:52It's made up of trillions and trillions of organisms
18:55that are moving right now.
18:59You can tap into this vibration of their movement.
19:02And let's let these little tiny organisms
19:08that are us in our body,
19:11let's let them know that
19:13we are safe in our skin.
19:19We are safe
19:20in our skin.
19:26Our skin is beautiful.
19:30Our skin is intelligent.
19:32As you are listening to my words,
19:37I want you to repeat them
19:39either aloud to yourself
19:40or in your mind's eye
19:43and in your heart.
19:46I am safe.
19:50I am grateful for my skin.
19:55I am grateful
19:56for the organisms
19:58that make up my skin.
20:00I am grateful for the organisms
20:02I am grateful for the intelligence
20:05of my skin.
20:05I am grateful for the intelligence
20:06of my skin.
20:09I feel safe
20:11in my skin.
20:15No matter what the world
20:18may try to tell me
20:21and show me
20:24I am safe in my skin.
20:26Own this power as we connect with the life force within us, as we connect with the things
20:37that keep us functional, as we connect with the energy and the spirit of all things that
20:44make animation possible.
20:50With a deep breath, we begin to feel our skin as we never have before.
20:56We begin to love our skin as we never have before.
21:03And I want you to visualize that you begin to shrink yourself into the muscles of your
21:10body where you are now bringing your awareness to the muscles.
21:20I want you to say to your muscles, I am capable.
21:27I want you to feel this vibration going to every muscle in your body.
22:01As we say to our legs and hips of the thighs, I am capable.
22:08As we begin to feel this vibratory energy and the electricity expanding in our legs and our hips, as we say to our
22:15organs and our abs and our lower back, I am capable.
22:25With a deep breath, we begin to feel the energy of our body as we begin to say to our chest, I am capable.
22:33As we begin to feel the expansion of, I am capable.
22:42As we begin to focus on our fingertips and our hands and we say to our hands, I am capable.
22:52We focus on the muscles of our wrists and arm and we say to them, I am capable.
23:01And as we focus on our elbows, we focus on our biceps and our shoulders.
23:08We say, I am capable.
23:12As we feel this energy absorbed in the muscles of the arms and shoulders, we move to our neck.
23:18As we breathe into the neck, as we exhale out to our neck muscles and our brain, I am capable.
23:28To our mouth, I am capable.
23:31To our eyes, I am capable.
23:35And to our brain and mind, I am capable.
23:42I want you to feel this resonant energy in your entire body as you hold the focus of I am capable.
23:50And you begin to visualize you doing the things that you would like to do in your life, the things you would like to change.
24:00You know that you are capable right here, right now.
24:04You are in control.
24:19And with a deep breath, I want us to focus on our bones.
24:26Focus on the support system that you have within your body and how your bones keep you here, stern.
24:40They keep you here, firm, in the ground, on the earth.
24:46They are also made up of tiny organisms and critters.
24:53So I want you to focus on that.
24:56I want you to feel these bones.
24:59And I want you to give thanks to them.
25:14Thank you for the support.
25:15Thank you for the support.
25:16As you begin to speak to your bones, you begin to just say, thank you for the support.
25:25And I want you to consciously understand that you're speaking to all the cells that make up your bones.
25:33To all the organisms that make up your bones, you say to them, thank you for the support.
25:47As you understand, they are intelligent.
25:51They know how to keep you together without your knowledge, without your needing to do anything.
26:01You thank yourself as you say, I thank you for the support.
26:17I want you to bring your awareness into your heart space.
26:24I want you to feel your heartbeat.
26:30I want you to sense, what is it that I feel today in my heart?
26:37Wherever you may be, it doesn't matter.
26:41Don't judge it.
26:43Don't be hard on yourself.
26:48Allow for compassion and empathy to fall over your mind and your heart.
26:55As you begin to just sense your own personal frequency, your own personal vibration, as you tune into the heartbeat.
27:04Your heartbeat can tell you exactly where you are.
27:10If it's rapid, maybe you're anxious.
27:17If you're having a hard time connecting to your heartbeat, I want you to focus on your fingertips.
27:25Let's all focus on our fingertips.
27:27I want you to feel the thumping sensation of your heart pulsing in your fingertips.
27:38And I want you to begin to trace this pulse.
27:40Trace the veins as they go up your fingers into your palm as you begin to feel the pulse of your heart in both of your palms.
27:53You begin to sense the pulse of your wrists.
27:56You begin to sense the pulse of your heart in your wrists.
28:00On the insides of your wrists, you feel this pulse moving up the forearm.
28:05Getting stronger and stronger as it comes to your elbows.
28:11You begin to sense the pulse coming into your armpits.
28:20And as you trace the pulse from your armpits into your heart, you begin to feel the pulse louder and louder.
28:28You begin to feel your heart.
28:32Take a deep breath into your heart.
28:35And allow for your breath to calm.
28:38To slow down.
28:40As we slow our heart rhythm.
28:43As we begin to fall into the heart space.
28:47As we begin to sense our own inner mantra.
28:51Our own inner feeling.
28:52As we begin to connect with the part of us that is sacred.
28:59Which is our inner child.
29:02I want you to connect with this inner child as you visualize and imagine.
29:08That you're sitting with your child inside of your heart at the age of five.
29:13Notice the hair.
29:23Clothing.
29:25Notice their hands and feet.
29:28If they're wearing shoes or not.
29:31Notice how you feel when you think about this child.
29:38Notice how you feel when you think about this child.
29:41Notice how you feel when you begin to sense your own frequency.
29:48The energy you put out at a consistent state.
29:57This is not a time to judge.
30:00Just to show support and empathy.
30:03As you imagine yourself being the big sister or the big brother to this inner child.
30:08Maybe you're even rubbing the child's back.
30:13Soothing the child.
30:15I want you to ask the child.
30:20What do you need today?
30:25What do you need today?
30:29What mantra.
30:31Do you need to focus on?
30:34What vibration do you need to feel?
30:39And then ask.
30:41How can I support you?
30:42And rather than thinking, I want you to allow your intuition and allow your visualization and allow the child to show you and to even verbally say it.
30:55Take a moment.
30:59Use your imagination.
31:00Use your imagination.
31:05Feel the back of the child as your hand is rubbing the surface of his clothes.
31:14Feel the friction of the heat you create just by rubbing their back.
31:17Feel how you feel in the space that you are.
31:24In the space that you're in with this child.
31:30I want you to say to the child.
31:40You are safe.
31:44As I am here.
31:45I want you to allow your breath to be shallow.
31:58Unless you feel called to take a deep breath.
32:01But just say to this child once again.
32:05You are safe.
32:07I am here.
32:15I want you to visualize that the child is now standing up.
32:27It walks about 10 feet in front of you.
32:33And with the surprise.
32:36There's music that starts playing and the child begins to dance with pure joy.
32:40You see this child dancing with pure excitement.
32:45Not caring about anybody or anything.
32:50You see this child dancing and you hear the music that it chose to dance to.
32:56And you just sit there and you watch this pure light of joy.
33:01Shine from your heart as you witness yourself dancing.
33:05And I want you to smile at this child as you're imagining and visualizing these dance moves as the child begins to let loose.
33:16You even begin to see the energy of joy coming off of this child.
33:23Of imagination.
33:25Of creativity.
33:26Of passion.
33:28Give it a color.
33:29You begin to see it expanding in all directions.
33:41Smile at this child.
33:45And I want you to also begin to dance with the child.
33:49Begin to own your own joy.
33:52Begin to create your own joy.
33:54Feel the energy in your heart.
34:09Feel the mantra that you're creating.
34:14With the vibrations and the focus that you have.
34:17Because again, a mantra is only focus of frequencies.
34:24As you are visualizing, you are creating.
34:27As you can even feel the energy in your cells are picking it up.
34:33The energy in your skin.
34:35The cells of your muscles and bones.
34:38Over your organs.
34:41You go back to visualizing this child dancing as you begin to hear laughter.
34:45The child begins to slow its movements.
35:04The child walks up to you.
35:08The child holds both of your hands as you feel its tiny hands in yours.
35:13As you visualize and sense both of your bodies in this space.
35:19The child says to you.
35:21We are safe.
35:24The child says to you.
35:28I love you.
35:30We are love.
35:33As you look the child in the eyes.
35:38I want you to take a moment.
35:43And I want you to allow for the mantra that you need right now for yourself.
35:49I want you to let that come to you.
35:52And I want you to take a series of seven breaths.
35:56And as you exhale, I want you to recite this mantra out loud.
36:01Verbally.
36:02Keep focused on your mantra.
36:03Keep focused on your mantra.
36:04Keep focused on your mantra.
36:09Keep focused on your mantra.
36:10Keep focused on your mantra.
36:11Keep focused on your mantra.
36:24Keep focused on your mantra.
36:41As we begin to breathe.
36:45We begin to feel the energy in our body.
36:54We begin to tune into our senses.
36:57As we begin to tune into our imagination more.
37:01As suddenly we begin to visualize we are in a white room all by ourselves.
37:07Let yourself find peace in this room.
37:22Let yourself find clarity.
37:26Have no motive, no agenda.
37:29I want you to just take in the energy of the vibration of white.
37:40And as we're taking in this vibration of energy.
37:46I want you to imagine.
37:48That there's a table in front of you.
37:54And as you walk up to the table.
37:55You see a card flipped over.
38:02You reach out to pick up the card with your left hand.
38:05As you begin to flip the card over.
38:08You see a mantra.
38:16As you begin to see this mantra written on the card.
38:20You begin to find that golden energy is beginning to swirl to the left around this card.
38:31As it begins to create a sphere.
38:34A ball of energy.
38:39And this ball of energy begins to go inside of your heart.
38:42And as you feel this golden energy moving inside of your heart.
38:48You begin to focus on the smallest part of yourselves.
38:52The atoms.
38:55The energy.
38:57The magnetism.
38:59The light waves.
39:01The photons.
39:02You focus on yourself at such a small level.
39:07That you realize.
39:09You're in all dark space.
39:12You're in the void of darkness.
39:19But you do feel that energy of the mantra.
39:21The energy of the mantra.
39:30Focusing on your atoms.
39:32Focusing on the vibrations that they're giving off.
39:37Is how we reprogram.
39:39So I want you to take that mantra.
39:44As you begin to sense all of your atoms.
39:49Within your entire body.
39:51And you begin to feed the atoms.
39:55With the mantra.
39:57That was on the card.
39:59If you did not see.
40:02A mantra on the card.
40:04Use the mantra.
40:06I am aware.
40:12I am the creator.
40:21As you tune into your atoms.
40:25I want you to say to yourself.
40:32Still keeping that mantra in mind.
40:35Just add a thank you to it.
40:52If you were so small.
40:54That you were looking up.
40:56Out at your body.
40:58So small that the atoms look like stars.
41:01Within your body.
41:02Maybe this visual can help you understand.
41:08The multiverse that you are.
41:14As you look up at all the atoms in your body.
41:19There's more atoms in you.
41:21Than there are stars in our Milky Way galaxy.
41:24So as you look up.
41:29From your internal world.
41:31You see that you are a multiverse.
41:34You are a star system.
41:36You are light.
41:38As we breathe in.
41:41As we breathe in.
41:46We repeat the word.
41:47In the mantra.
41:48I am light.
41:49I am light.
41:56I am light.
41:58I am light.
42:02I am light.
42:08I am light.
42:13Now I want you to imagine that this light.
42:16Is beginning to shine brighter.
42:18As all the atoms.
42:20That look like stars.
42:22Are beginning to brighten.
42:26And I want you to also feel the energy in your body.
42:29Give you feedback.
42:31As you feel the chills.
42:32You feel the movement.
42:35The vibrations.
42:39You feel yourself.
42:41Your true self.
42:44Without all the judgments.
42:46Without all the beliefs.
42:49The traumas.
42:51The external attachments.
42:56You see yourself as pure energy.
42:58You allow this to.
43:05Reprogram your mind.
43:07As you send to your mind.
43:09I am light.
43:11As you even feel the electricity.
43:13Happening in your brain.
43:15As you feel the vibrations of the atoms.
43:18That are smaller.
43:20I am light.
43:29I am light.
43:38I am light.
43:47We also say.
43:49I am joy.
43:50I am joy.
43:59I am joy.
44:10We breathe in.
44:12And we say.
44:14I am love.
44:16I am love.
44:18I am love.
44:26As we say.
44:27I am love.
44:28Allow your mind.
44:29To understand that love.
44:32Is just the vibration of opportunity.
44:35Love provides for opportunity.
44:38No matter what it looks like.
44:41So you are love.
44:43You are opportunity.
44:47When you walk in your own love.
44:49In your own joy.
44:51In your own frequency.
44:53You are allowing for opportunity.
44:55Which is love.
44:59So we say.
45:00I am love.
45:03As we comprehend.
45:05I have opportunity.
45:06The universe will support you.
45:18And now I want you to focus.
45:20On the external.
45:22As we begin to.
45:24Visualize back into our body.
45:26As we begin to sense.
45:28Our organs.
45:30As we begin to sense our muscles.
45:31And our skin.
45:33As we begin to sense.
45:34The energy.
45:35Around our body.
45:36That we are producing.
45:42We are going to collectively.
45:44Vibrate.
45:48Because we are all around the world.
45:51Putting out frequencies.

47:10The things that we necessarily don't like.

47:16Agree with.
47:17Or vibe with.
47:18In our world.
47:21I want you to see these things.

47:27I offer you the opportunity to change.

47:34I'm not going to force you to change.
47:38You can't force anything to change.
47:42You have to be love.
47:44And offer the opportunity.
47:46Of love to change.
47:48The ideas.
47:54But that also means.
47:55We need to change our mind.
47:56About how we see it.
48:00That also means that.
48:03Maybe there's something.
48:05Bigger.
48:07Happening.
48:09Energetically.
48:10Spiritually.
48:12Cosmically.
48:14Galactically.
48:16Maybe there's a little more.
48:18That we're not aware of.
48:20So let's just say.
48:25I offer you love.
48:27An opportunity.
48:29To change.
48:30As I.
48:32Change.
48:34First.
48:36We must change.
48:37Our own frequency.
48:39And we must love.
48:40Our own body.
48:42Before we can love.
48:43And change the frequency.
48:44Of our world.
48:46Let's rest in this for a second.

48:56That must see the world different.

49:49It is part of you.
49:53So with a deep breath.
49:54breath I want you to place your left hand over your heart center as the left
50:01hand is the receiving hand that receives energy and the right hand we place it
50:08over our belly button as this is the hand that pushes out energy and to
50:13solidify our practice today we take a deep breath into our chest and we
50:20release the energy from our heart into our left hand as that energy comes into
50:24the palm as it goes down into the wrist and into the elbow coming up into the
50:31bicep and tricep and shoulder moving across your upper back in your neck it
50:37moves to the right side as its energy is now feeding down the right hand into
50:42that shoulder and elbow as this energy is now coming into the wrist and palm as
50:48it's pushing into your belly which are your emotions saying I am safe I am
50:56opportunity I am safe I am opportunity I am safe I am opportunity and opportunity is
51:11is love with that said I want you to begin to lightly shake your shoulders
51:20lightly shake your belly lightly wiggle your head as you begin to feel this
51:29energy moving around in your body now with a new purpose as you begin to look
51:34around your space as you open your eyes with gratitude knowing that your atoms are
51:39the ones creating your world knowing that you can change right here right now your
51:46internal vibration which will change your external circumstance I want you to open
51:51your eyes knowing that you are capable you are the creator and based on your
51:57vibration and your own personal mantra it will be the world that you see so as we are
52:05opening our eyes I want to leave you guys with some tools tool number one
52:12know thyself right I want you to study what it is that the atom does just do a basic study
52:25just look it up atoms and read about how they form and then consciously think about it all the
52:33time that you're made of these little tiny things and then the second tip in the tool is knowing that
52:40they're moving outside of you to know that you're manifesting the law of attraction it works through the
52:49magnetism of atoms so if your atoms have a lot of frequencies that have tension you'll create that
52:57tension for yourself if there's a lot of frequencies that have maybe some trauma attached to it you'll keep
53:03repeating those traumas so the only way that you realistically grow and see our world to be different
53:11is by opening up your mind allowing the universe and the spirit and the things inside the atom the
53:16energy within the atom that creates the atom in the first place let that be your guiding system
53:22not anything outside of yourself once again going back to the quote if you want to say universe or
53:30god or bob or spirit or whatever you want to call it it doesn't matter what you call it it is not outside of
53:37you it is on the inside of every single atom in your body know this you are radical you decide you are
53:49responsible for your own self-care so know that with every moment know that with every time that you
53:58have a thought a feeling you're emoting a vibration so do your best to heal and if you need support by all
54:09means you can reach out to myself you can reach out to heal house there are plenty of modalities that we
54:15offer from meditation to therapy you have support i thank everyone that's been a part of this mantra
54:23meditation i hope that you can take some of those tools back with you i hope that you can do some more
54:29meditations to your inner child that's a lot of the places where we do heal is through the inner child by
54:37showing up for our inner child and allowing them to get out anything that may be there
54:41and i thank you for this moment of just being a part of this collective consciousness you are my soul
54:49family and though i may not be able to connect with you and see you physically right now our connection
54:57energetically shows me that each and every single one of you are part of my soul and we are here
55:03specifically to do the work to change all this that we change global meditation right it's amazing it's
55:13beautiful with that said that is my time i am so grateful for you all and i hope that you have a swell
55:22week as you enter i hope that you use your power and i hope that you find the clarity that you need
55:29in order to survive all of these crazy things that are happening in our world be well guys
