36:04his speech is rapid and then you know as i talk to him a little bit more he tells me yeah he's been
36:09smoking marijuana throughout the day he goes to the dispensary he has medical marijuana car which
36:12allows him to get higher potency thc so got him out ran him through some field sobriety tests
36:18uh he performed fairly poorly on them and uh may be the best for dui so
36:27i mean i don't want to just because if i smoke no question it's just no sir that's okay no sir
36:34i don't want to talk to him about the blood draws we have a difference between alcohol and marijuana
36:50alcohol we have legal limits for marijuana thc we don't have a legal limit for it so if you have
36:59any in your system then you're presumed to be impaired we're just waiting to get the warrant
37:04then the blood draw and then we're going to sight and release them

41:46very much just cops and robbers and you're chasing bad guys you know you're as much of somebody that's
41:53enforcing laws and chasing bad guys as you are a mediator for completely civil matters
42:00it's pretty enjoyable to work it because you can see the effect that handling your calls well
42:05directly impacts the community that you're working for
