00:03Shakur Stevenson had one of the best wins of his career on Saturday night.

00:07He beat Tiafimo Lopez in Madison Square Garden, became the WBO champion at 140.

00:12Huge moment, big fight, big stage.

00:15Four days later, the WBC, he has the belt at 135 for the WBC.

00:21They strip him.

00:21You son of a bitch.

00:24Not because he lost, not because he ducked anyone or anything like that.

00:27They just took it.

00:28So the WBC said, sorry, you moved up in weight.

00:31Your belt is now vacant, and they're going to give it to whoever.

00:35But you know what the problem is with this whole thing?

00:37Shakur didn't even have the opportunity to make up his mind on what he wanted to do,

01:13So we have this weird situation where Shakur Stevenson,

01:18and at 135, he beat the number one ranked opponent, William Zabeta.

01:22He just beat him.

01:23He's the top contender for the WBC belt, beat him.

01:26So they're going to strip him, and who knows what's going to happen now.

01:30But Shakur Stevenson joined an elite class of fighters on Saturday.

01:34Oscar De La Hoya, Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, Canelo Alvarez,

01:39Terrence Crawford jumping up, getting another belt,

01:42and instead of celebrating him, they take his belt.

01:46And he was going to pay him $100,000 in WBC sanctioning fees

01:51for a fight that the WBC had nothing to do with on Saturday.

01:54So he thinks it's like a vendetta against him because of Bud Crawford,
