00:00I just want to draw out the point that self-care is a communal responsibility, y'all.
00:05We got to make sure one another is taking care of.
00:08We got to make sure that one another is also taking care of themselves.
00:12And, you know, we cannot put the pressure on one another that I think has been baked into our community
00:19that we must perform at all times, that we must be on goal at all times,
00:22that we must be resisting at all times because rest is also resistance.
00:25And I didn't say that it's actually a book.
00:27And the author also has these beautiful, like, rest deck cards that you can put into your daily routine
00:31to remind yourself to take time for yourself, to remind yourself to not exert all of your energy for somebody else
00:36and for other efforts that do not pour into you.
00:40One of my biggest things is making sure that you are pouring into yourself so you can have something to pour out.
00:45Well, I think that for these 30 days, we need to lock in.
00:50Like, just to put it blatantly, we need to lock in.
00:53We need to get in there.
00:54If you can vote, vote, and really just help to just find a way to contribute.
01:00I think that everyone can contribute in their own ways, just spreading the message.
01:05And also, during all this time, don't get drained.
01:08So make sure that you're, especially during the weekends or during your time off,
01:12that you are taking that time off because that's so important so that you can come back
01:17and you can still be strong and feel recharged.
01:19So make sure that you're going to get a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of
