00:00Do you have a ritual or something that you do before a competition?
00:03Absolutely. I meditate a lot.
00:05I wake up and I do two minutes in the morning and then I incorporate it into my warm-up too.
00:09So it just keeps me focused, keeps me zen, and it actually makes chemical changes in your brain and your neural pathways that help you with everything.
