00:20These are some of the visuals released by the US Department of Justice in the Jeffrey Epstein case on 1st February.
00:26Let me explain what we are seeing.
00:28In the 1st clip, a woman is seen wearing what appears to be a transparent school-style outfit.
00:33Survivors have said Epstein encouraged role-play.
00:36I was unaware that I was going to be alone with him for that 10 minutes and I thought I was going to die.
00:40In the 2nd clip, Epstein is seen running around a kitchen island appearing playful.
00:44Survivors have said this behaviour was often used to make situations feel casual, even child-like before turning controlling.
00:51Toys.
00:53Once, yes.
00:55In the 3rd clip, a woman is seen dancing in a red walled room while someone records her.
00:59Several survivors have alleged that Epstein frequently recorded women and girls, sometimes without clear consent, and later used that footage as leverage.
01:06Several survivors have said they were recruited as teenagers, often under the promise of massages, modeling opportunities or financial help.
01:13About 5 minutes into it, he took the towel off and started pleasing himself.
01:18Now, Jeffrey Epstein portrayed himself as a powerful financer.
01:21He built relationships, politicians, billionaires, royalty and celebrities.
01:25This is why this has become such a big deal.
01:28The man owned multiple properties and flew influential people on his private jet, called Lolita Express.
01:34Lolita, the 1995 novel by Vladimir Nabokov, depicts the sexual abuse of a young girl.
01:39In 2008, Epstein escaped a full court case in the US and spent just over a year in jail for abusing a minor.
01:51In 2019, he was arrested again, this time accused of trafficking underage girls.
01:56Weeks later, Epstein was found dead in a New York jail cell.
01:59His death was ruled a suicide, but it triggered global outrage and de-mistrust.
02:05The documents and records tied to Epstein have also drawn attention to people in his orbit.
02:09Some of the names that have appeared in flight logs, contact lists, court filings or witness testimony include
02:14former US President Bill Clinton, President Donald Trump, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and Britain's Prince Andrew.
02:20Most of these guys have denied any involvement and no criminal charges have been filed against many of them.
