00:54Every foreign intelligence service gathers information that they hope can be used against an individual.
01:03And usually, if this is reported to the authorities, meaning anything that may have been nefarious in your background checks when you get these clearances or elected to office,
01:14that that that is divulged to the authorities and kept secret.
01:18So, again, I know the conspiracy theories.
