01:44Yes.

01:46So my motivation and my inspiration really started when I was younger.
01:50Um, I have a very fashionable grandmother and, um, she had, in my opinion, hundreds of purses,
01:59um, you know, and shoes and jewelry to match, but we would organize her purses.
02:04Um, she would keep them clean.
02:07She would, um, you know, it was essentially a collection for her.
02:11Um, and so I really grew up with this affinity for, for purses and they just made me feel really
02:15special.
02:16Um, a lot of those purses, when I got older, she would gift them to me during some of my
02:21milestones, right.
02:22Some of my milestones.
02:24Lucky girl.
02:25Right.
02:25So that I would look presentable.
02:27Um, you know, when I turned 18 or graduated or got my first real job and I would be in,
02:32you know, like a meeting.
02:33Um, and so I take a lot of those moments and I put them into my bags because I want them
02:39to be stylish today and 20 years from now.

06:54How do you come up with the ideas?
06:56What are they inspired by?

07:00So this is pretty exciting.
07:02Um, my, um, first career was a, I was a math professor.
07:05And so that journey took me to Abu Dhabi where I lived for about six years.
07:10So, um, living in Abu Dhabi and exploring different, uh, cultures and different artwork, I learned
07:16about metal and mosaic, um, handbags.
07:19So I've stayed true to everything that I've learned out there.
07:22All of our resources are from the Middle East so that we are authentic in everything that
07:27we do.
07:27We want to maintain that because that is our origin story.
07:30And that's also where our motivation came from.
