01:32Figure out what your non-negotiables are, and don't ever waver on them.
01:39And I feel like often times, we as black women feel like, especially when we get to a certain
01:45point in our life, we feel like we need to settle, we just feel like we need to rush to
01:49get into something because maybe we want to be married by a certain age, we want to have
01:52kids by a certain age, and I think that is not how we should view love at all.
01:57I think we need to always remember that we are the prize, and set your standards high,
02:03and don't ever ever settle.
02:05When I'm home alone, I am all about my self-care regimen, so I'm doing my hair mask, my skin
02:12care routine, my face mask, eating some good snacks, watching some good shows, hanging out
02:17with my friends, just laid back, chilling.
02:20I love myself deeply, I love my family deeply, my friends deeply, my team deeply, everybody
02:29around me, all my loved ones.
