00:24the cover of Essence. I just could not believe it. It was super exciting and I'm excited to
00:29be here today. It's a huge honor. What I learned this year is speaking up for yourself, protecting
00:34your mental and your safety going into each of your tournaments or competitions and I
00:40think it's really important that we realize we're humans and we have to keep that in full
00:45tact before that were anything else.
