00:00Work should not be limited by some of the historical limitations that have been in place.
00:04Like it should not be limited by who you know, where you live, whether you have a company badge
00:09or not, like your driving radius near a company location, having to sit in traffic and commute
00:15to go into the office. And so that re-evaluation that both clients, companies are going through,
00:25and talent team members are going through all at the same time, means that work the way that we've
00:32historically known it is changing. And that means in many ways that underrepresented groups that may
00:39have not had the same level of access in the past or may not have, you know, been able to be included
00:45because of some of those historical limitations that are now dissipating, like they're going to
00:50have greater opportunities in this new world of work. And that's incredibly exciting.
