00:05Why was it important for you to take control of your image in that way for this film?
00:10And also, what did you learn about yourself as an executive producer on this project?
00:15I think what was so great about that, the film and Gail, it was collaborative.
00:23Mariama and I talked about it, you know what I mean? Because she lived with the story for
00:28years before I did. And so, you know, and I think that was what was wonderful was hearing
00:34her input and then digesting that against what I had originally thought and being like,
00:39oh, wait a minute, that, you know, coupled together, that then informs everything.
00:46But what was interesting was that those things, they seem, they really inform how Gail moves
00:56throughout life, throughout the campus, throughout her world. And so, um, once, you know, I think
01:03Mariama saw a picture and it was like, well, is this what you're thinking? Are you thinking this?
01:07And she's like, that's it.
