00:08:22kindest thing to do would be to end that engagement the reality is is that i knew that i could marry
00:08:29that person but i also knew that we would end up being divorced so it was the toughest thing i've
00:08:34ever done since then i have worked on myself i've worked on my mind i've worked on my body i've
00:08:43worked on my health and i've lost about 20 kilos maybe a little bit more now growing up i was always
00:08:53the chubby one and there was not a lot of self-love going on my friends they're all beautiful and
00:09:00skinny and i was never that i don't think i'm a 10 out of 10 by any means at all but i i definitely
00:09:09walk through life now thinking and feeling that i'm beautiful and i've never felt beautiful before
00:09:15this next chapter for me is about finding someone to walk through life with and enjoy it with
00:09:22laughter is really important to me in a relationship you know i want to come home to a cheeky chappy who
00:09:28you know is smiling and happy paying each other out i love that there needs to be a little bit of like
00:09:35you know banter it's so important you can never be overdressed or over educated
00:09:42and i'm definitely not over educated so i'm always over dressed

00:24:44down and it makes me worry this one to be matched with someone that's serious about being with their

00:27:30i love what i'm good at what are you not good at well if i'm not good at it i won't be doing it so
00:27:35nothing people really love me or hate me i don't hide my thoughts or the person that i am what turns
00:27:46you off fake tan needy and fat people i've made a lot of enemies but i've also got a lot of mates
00:27:55who enjoy the person that i am so i tend to surround myself around those guys and love the rest
00:28:01i've questioned whether or not it's going to work for me you could just get on hinge or tinder or
00:28:05something like that i've been through them all i hope it works you know but obviously i'm
00:28:11doubtful that it will i know you're skeptical yeah very very skeptical so i want to know with the
00:28:17skepticism that you're bringing with you yeah why choose to go on this experiment i'm doing the whole
00:28:24dating apps um and it's just it's obviously not working for me at the moment and outside of that
00:28:30i'm just being in this male dominated life with footy and work like i'm a tradesman and i never
00:28:36interact with women or have never really interacted with women my whole life oh it's school all-boys
00:28:41school so how like the social aspect of just having a girlfriend who's a friend i'd say i don't have
00:28:49you don't have a girl a friend platonic girlfriend who's just a friend to hang out with because i've
00:28:54never really been in that position to be be around women in a platonic way do you think that you're
00:29:00awkward around women early on yes big time i wonder how comfortable are you opening up and sharing who
00:29:06you are i do have an emotional and caring side that i don't typically show being surrounded by guys my
00:29:12whole life has just led me to distance myself subconsciously i actually find chris fascinating
00:29:18he's married at first sight's biggest armchair critic yet here he is applying for the experiment
00:29:26chris is wearing a mask but as experts we've seen behind that mask i'm going to explore
00:29:32that soft side of him despite the bravado and skepticism he's genuinely looking for a connection
00:29:39he may be skeptical of us but we're not skeptical of his intention to find that long-term connection i've
00:29:45only really been in love once um and it's just it's just such an absorbing feeling and you know i'd
00:29:52really want to find that again parents are still together mum and dad are very in sync with each
00:29:56other tell each other everything entrust each other through life the love and the care they have for
00:30:01each other that's exactly what i'm looking for you have to be able to trust the person you're with
00:30:05i wouldn't cheat on on my wife i think trust and honesty are massive as soon as you lost those you're
00:30:10you're done that's something that i've learned from my parents relationship so you're ready to
00:30:15commit to someone yeah looks and attraction for me is important i want someone extroverted and
00:30:22opinionated just like me but also compassionate caring and able to to reciprocate that emotional
00:30:29availability i think i'm picky in the way that i want what i want but i'm not out there looking for a
00:30:35supermodel so good oh my god you actually look so good i'm brooke i'm 27 and i'm a model
00:30:44yeah look to the side that's really cool i'm very honest i will voice my opinion and i will be direct
00:30:52for the right reason i think i've always had thick skin from modeling you're going to castings with
00:30:59hundreds of beautiful women hundreds you know that you're not everyone's cup of tea and that's okay
00:31:06i am a strong woman i know who i am and what i've got to give when people you know find out that you're
00:31:13a model they probably think my love life is all rainbows and butterflies but in the love department
00:31:19my track record is pretty bad there has been a history of cheating yeah definitely right up from when
00:31:25i like had a boyfriend at the age of like 14. how many times you think it's happened to you oh my gosh
00:31:31like 80 out of 100. wow i would say so i've had one boyfriend that's cheated on me with an escort
00:31:39one that's cheated on me through facebook one that's flown another girl from another country
00:31:44the list goes on and i'm just like can a girl catch a break like the last time i got cheated on
00:31:50i didn't even cry i was like oh i'm so fed up i just honestly why should i have to put up with that
00:31:59why should anyone have to be putting up with that to be honest when i talk to you today uh there is a
00:32:06resilience about you i think in life you don't get places if you're not strong i'm a huge believer in
00:32:14this is me take it or leave it because i know what i deserve i need someone that is ready to settle
00:32:22down that wants to have a family if i was to paint a picture of my life in 10 years with the right
00:32:29person it would be a little white picket fence so with two kids and you know happy family i just hope
