00:12Our first cocktail is a sugarless summer sangria.

00:17I have a Moscato, I have a herb-infused mango Ciroc, Prosecco to top it off with, some mango
00:23nectar, fresh lemon juice, pineapple, and some fresh fruits.
00:27So the first step is I'm going to grab a pitcher, I'm going to add my mango puree, then I have
00:31an herb-infused mango Ciroc vodka.
00:34I've added sage, basil, thyme, oregano, I let it sit for a few days, and then strain out
00:40the herbs.
00:41So I'm going to add my Ciroc.
00:42George, you're a little heavy-handed there.

00:45And I'm going to add my Moscato, a little bit of lime juice, and then some pineapple.

01:28Our next cocktail is a mixed berry mojito.
01:32So it's going to be a lot of fun.
01:33We have blackberries, strawberries, lime, and some mint.
01:36I also have some infused simple syrup, some light rum, topped off with soda water.

01:43I'm taking about a half of a lime, so four lime wedges.
01:47I'm going to take a bunch of sprigs of mint, drop them right in there.
01:51I'm also going to grab some strawberries and some blackberries.
01:56And notice I'm also adding it before I add any liquid.

02:02Then I'm going to take two ounces of some light rum, half an ounce of my basil-infused simple
02:09syrup, add some ice, and I'm just going to give it a good shake.
02:21Top it off with some soda water to cut the sweetness.
