00:29And before us we have what awesome goodness. So what we have before us right now is a caramel pecan apple cake and we're really excited about the launch of this item. So what's really special about this more than anything is the fact that it has Washington State apples and along with pecans baked on the inside. Awesome. It looks amazing. 01:21So we have not only Granny Smith apples, but we also have Washington State. Yes. Washington State apples. So it's really, really cool. It's sweet and tart at the same time. I wish everybody could taste this right now. It is unbelievable. And we're really, really happy with the buttercream icing we chose to finish it with. And Miss Patty herself made sure it was beautiful. It was a very beautiful cake.
01:42Now what is this here in the middle? Is this like, this is. Yeah. So what we have in the middle here is our premium vanilla pound cake. Uh, we actually launched this in the January timeframe. During that timeframe, the stores just went after it and our customers responded beautifully to it. It personally is one of my favorites. Okay. And I am saying that as the cake and pie buyer. I trust your judgment. This is one of my favorite cakes. I trust your judgment here. All right. I'm going to go ahead and get going with it.
02:12It is also, it is also, it is a traditional pound cake, but the vanilla pour that's over it is so delightful. Awesome. Hopefully you'll feel for the same way.
