00:36Because it's a boot camp, they kill it, they're amazing.

00:41We shoot more pages in a day than any show combined on television.
00:46I kid you not.
00:47So it's important that you find the diamonds in the rough and the talent.
00:52And people who are hungry, that's why I love new people,
00:54because they're hungry, they're like, what do we got to do?
