00:15And I know that with no apologies, you can do it because you're doing it.
00:19And people want to criticize that, but I think it's more so writers feeling like, well, hello, we're here.
00:26So what do you feel about that, knowing that, like, I got it, I can do it, but, like, do I need to have this tape?
00:33Yeah, but what people don't know is early on I had a writer's room and it was a nightmare for me.
00:37It was a really nightmare for me.
00:38And not only that, I had writers writing shows.
00:40They were turning in scripts that really, really didn't speak to my audience.
00:44And my ratings took a dip.
00:46So what I started to do was I said, I've got to write this because my audience knows my voice.
00:49They want to hear from me.
00:50They want to hear what I'm saying.
00:51But as far as me and my shows have and have not the old sisters, the comedies, I'm going to write those shows.
00:57But there are other shows that we're developing at the studio where there will be writer's rooms with other showrunners and giving lots of people opportunities to do that.

01:25So what I will do is those other shows that will be developed by the studio that are not my shows, they'll have a showrunner and writer's room and so on and so forth.
