00:26me about it. Why do you feel that you're a good match for Avon? Oh, you know, I feel like Avon
00:30represents the everyday woman, the approachable factor. Avon has, they just exude that, the
00:37approachableness and I feel that I do that through my music. I speak for all women and women of every
00:42age. So I think it's a good match. What are your favorite Avon products? Oh, wow. You know what I
00:48really love? I love the super extend mascara. Okay. And I tried, they have this color. It's like a navy
00:53blue, my favorite because it, the color, it's not just a black. And of course they make black
00:59and it's great and it makes your eyes pop. But try the navy, especially for women of color. Like
01:03try the navy. Really? It just, it makes it that much more a focal point. What are your favorite
01:10trends this summer in terms of makeup? Um, in terms of makeup, color. You know, summertime is a time
01:16where you pull out the turquoise. You pull out your, you know, your different pencils. They have the big
01:21color eye pencils with Avon and, and you know, just yellows and turquoises and purples and it's
01:27time to just lighten it up like I do with my hair. Summertime. Love your seg. Love the segway
01:32because the hair is amazing and it's brand new. I love that caramel color. What made you decide to
01:37go so light? I don't know. I, I like to change my hair a lot and I felt like, you know, I'm preparing for
01:46new things. My, my second album is in the works. Um, at the same time, I'm a woman and like I said,
01:53I like to just, I don't like to look in the mirror and look the same all the time. So I was like,
01:58okay, I've never done full blonde. Oh really? I've never done this much blonde. I always do,
02:04you know, the highlights and the streaks or we, we do from ear to ear in the front. I've never gone the
02:09full Monty. So I was like, this is the perfect summer to do it. Exactly. So what are your inspirations
02:14when you're coming up with your hairstyles? Hair, you kind of just got to do what you feel.
02:21Every trend doesn't work on every person. You know what I mean? Say it again. Yeah. I, I was victim.
02:28I, I tried that. I, I used to go to the hair salon with my hair book and say, I want this. Say,
02:35well, you don't have this face shape or whatever. Like sometimes it just doesn't work. So you just have
02:39to do what you feel would end. And I, I went back to medium length hair and I feel more sassy. I feel
02:47more like myself, more firing with short hair. Really? I do. I do. Okay. So you feel like it's
02:52just more flattering for Carrie Hilson's face. Okay. And at the same time, I am glad that it does inspire
02:58people to cut their hair or at least make bolder moves. Right. You know, because your hair is an
