00:13Essentially, it entails bringing products to life and bringing them to market
00:17and thinking about how consumers interact with the products that we develop
00:22in a way that makes them crave and want to buy it.
00:25I came into beauty because it was dynamic. It was fun.
00:29It was such a personal category that women really relate to.
00:33But now I'm a mother of two girls, and so it needs even more.
00:37It's a responsibility now and has evolved over time.
00:41And, you know, it means everything for me to be able to voice my opinion through my lens,
00:47through a voice that others have that look just like me.
00:50There is a sense of energy that is out on the floor.
00:54You feel it. Everyone is giving love.
00:59It's so amazing to see how many of us there are out there
01:03because at times you start to feel like you're the only one.
01:06And so I think it's so important that we not only meet and know that each other is out there,
01:12but that we keep in touch and that we support each other because we need it.
