00:29how stress plays a part and eating. Yes. And just so many different, you know, there's so many different aspects to why we gain weight. It has nothing to do with overeating, you know, and I didn't know that, especially being a black woman and having stress and being predisposed for hypertension and things of that nature because of our soul food diet. Okay. So, okay.
