00:08And I've gone to dermatologists my whole life in order to find routines that work for me.
00:14But I think when I'm doing that, like that's my, my, that's sort of my minimum.
00:19That's my bar. That's, that's my flag.
00:21If I'm not taking care of my skin, like washing my face, moisturizing my face,
00:27cleansing, moisturizing, like making sure that, that my skin is healthy,
00:32then I know that I'm not putting myself first.
00:35So I think, you know, exercise, drinking water, skincare routine,
00:40giving, making time for friends and family, making time for mental health.
00:44These are all ways that we can really feel good in this marathon, you know,
00:48because this is, it's clear that the world has changed.
00:52We're in a new moment and we need to learn how to take care of ourselves in this new world.
