00:00What is going on, summoners? We're back here today with another Champion Deep Dive.
00:05You might know him as the leader of the Jabari, but he's also known as M'Baku.
00:11M'Baku enters the contest with 100% resistance to Cold Snap, along with immunity to Frostbite effects.
00:19After finishing his heavy attack, M'Baku stands still for 0.75 seconds,
00:24releasing a mighty roar that grants him a non-stacking 25% Fury passive for 22 seconds.
00:32This Fury is paused during the opponent's special attacks,
00:36and as a defender, M'Baku has a 60% chance to gain this Fury after performing a heavy attack.
00:43While this Fury is active, M'Baku's attacks have a 35% chance to inflict a bleed debuff for 10 seconds.
00:51While M'Baku has a personal Fury active, dashing forwards from outside striking distance grants him an unstoppable passive for 2 seconds.
01:01This unstoppable is paused for the duration of his dash attack,
01:06and is paused for 0.2 seconds when striking the opponent with basic attacks.
01:11This unstoppable is removed and cannot be activated during the opponent's special attacks,
01:16but after the final hit of their special, it can be triggered by dashing forward or performing a medium attack while in striking distance.
01:26While M'Baku is unstoppable, he gains a combo shield passive, and all of his hits grant one additional combo meter.
01:35M'Baku also unlocks additional abilities as his combo meter increases.
01:39For every 10 hits in his combo, he gains a true accuracy passive for 6 seconds.
01:46This is paused during the opponent's special attacks.
01:49While at 20 or more combo, M'Baku's unstoppable is paused during strikers and during his special 1.
01:57And while at 40 or more combo, all hits while M'Baku's unstoppable is active gain increased critical rating.
02:05Scaling with his combo meter, this benefit maxes out at 75 combo.
02:11Additionally, when M'Baku is awakened, he gains up to 35% combat adrenaline while unstoppable.
02:18Also when awakened, when the opponent's evade or autoblock fails due to true accuracy,
02:24he deals a burst of damage with a cooldown of 5 seconds.
02:28And upon reaching 50 combo meter for the first time each fight,
02:34he indefinitely increases the duration of his personal furies by up to 25%.
02:39Now, on activation of M'Baku's special 1, he refreshes all personal furies,
02:46and the first and final hits each purify 2 non-damaging debuffs on M'Baku.
02:52When purifying in this way, he gains 2 combo meter.
02:56With the special 2, each hit deals a burst of direct damage equal to 15% of all damage dealt prior to this attack
03:05while M'Baku's personal unstoppable is active, up to 600% of the damage per hit, scaling with his starting attack.
03:14The damage counting resets after the final hit of this attack.
03:18The final hit of his special 2 consumes 100 combo to gain M'Baku's Mighty Roar Fury.
03:26And with the special 3, he purifies all debuffs and gains a non-stacking 10% fury passive for 60 seconds,
03:35with an additional 10% flat potency for each debuff purified in this way, maxing out at a 40% potency increase.
03:45He also gains 5 combo meter and an indefinite cleanse passive for each debuff purified by this attack.
03:52These cleanses max out at 5 stacks.
03:56Now, let's take him out for a spin in the champion rotation.
03:59To begin, strike the opponent with a heavy attack, and after knocking them down, stand strong and idle to gain your fury passive.
04:10Now, your dash attacks will be unstoppable.
04:14From here, make sure to maximize the amount of time striking the opponent while unstoppable
04:19as this builds up your damage counter for your special 2.
04:23After reaching 20 combo, your unstoppable is paused during your special 1,
04:29allowing you to ramp up that damage counter as efficiently as possible.
04:33Once you have enough damage stored, go for that special 2,
04:37and watch those large bursts of direct damage as you show your opponent the power of the Jabari.
04:44Now, keep in mind, M'Baku gains that true accuracy passive for every 10 hits in his combo meter,
04:50and it's paused during the opponent's specials.
04:54So, if you stay aggressive, you can keep that passive up almost indefinitely,
05:00stopping those pesky champions who like to evade and autoglock in their tracks.
