00:12baby. And so I'm going to give you some things to do to keep you well throughout your pregnancy
00:17and to all the women who are pregnant now and about to have the babies. So my name is Queen
00:23Four and I am the womb wellness pioneer. Also, I am the mother of sacred women. So I have
00:31a lot to share with you. I'm going to do it very quickly. Four elements. Your body's made
00:35about four elements, air, fire, water, and earth. The first element that I want you to
00:40charge yourself up with is the air element. Keep your air strong because during this coronavirus,
00:46you don't have anything to worry about as long as you take natural healing. It's all from
00:50the garden. Air element. Take your lime water every day. Two limes, eight ounces of warm
00:55water. Morning and evening lungs will stay clear. But please limit or avoid the dairy, the milk,
01:01the cheese, the ice cream, eggs. Get your calcium through green juice every day. Get your calcium
01:07through sea moss. Get your calcium through your spirulina and your wheatgrass so you can
01:11get the calcium without hampering your lungs. All right, air, fire, and also with the air,
01:18you need that oxygen because you're going to go through several hours of birthing and you're
01:22going to have to do a lot of breathing and we want you to have a natural childbirth. All right?
01:26Number two, air, fire. Fire is all about the blood. And I know you have a little high blood
01:31pressure. We're going to bring that down. And you bring that down by cleaning up the blood.
01:35Take it to your diet in the morning with your apples in your fruit cup. Take your blueberries,
01:40your raspberries, your cranberries, your blackberries. That will begin to clean out the blood.
01:44And then cut back on the heavy levels of meat. Work maybe a little, lead the chicken and fish to
01:50minimal. The beef, the pork, the goat, the lamb, done. Incorporate plant-based proteins such as your
01:57black beans, your pinzo beans, your cabazzo beans, your lima beans. Get your avocados, number one,
02:03avocados, one a day. Keeps your colon lubricated, the joints lubricated, and skin luscious. What you put
02:10for you, the baby receives all that nourishment. So that's keeping the fire well in your body,
02:16which will also have great energy. Fire, water. Oftentimes, women are suffering from kidney
02:22issues. You start to swell. You get edemia. Might get preeclampsia. We want to avoid all of that.
02:27So take into your diet a salad every day with cucumbers, watercress, and parsley. That will
02:32keep that circulation. And also water. Eight to six ounces of water in the morning, midday,
02:39afternoon, and sunset. Keeps you nice and flush while you also do some movement and some exercise
02:44every day. Yoga, power walking, stretching, yoga dance. Plug in. Also, the final one is the earth
02:52element. Keep the colon flushed out. Three meals a day, three eliminations a day. So take okra two or
03:00three times a week. Will make you have a smoother delivery. Maybe we'll just slide one out. And
03:06also it keeps your colon activated and cleansed. Also for the final for the earth is to take
03:12vegetable juices every day. And for you, half of the turnip. For you, a chard or kale, the dark green
03:20leafies. And to keep the emotional body, some cucumbers, watercress. Keep that balance. Take a green

03:56just immerse you and release all that tension and stress and worry. And forgive everyone. Forgive
04:02yourself for your past. Forgive all those from your past. And start afresh. Because whatever you think
04:07and feel, the baby also receives that. So keep that DNA charged up so you'll have a beautiful,
