00:08I've been making sure to take even better care of myself.
00:11I've been drinking so much water.
00:13I mean, when I went on Instagram Live a few weeks ago,
00:17I didn't have any makeup on.
00:19And everyone was like, what are you doing for your skin?
00:21And honestly, the only thing I've been doing differently
00:23is really making sure I'm drinking the right amount of water.
00:26And it's changed so much.
00:27And what amount of water is that?
00:30Because I'm really lackluster when it comes to the water.
00:33I got to do better.
00:35Yeah, you're supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces.
00:39Hmm, I'm not going to get there, but okay.
00:42Yeah, it's like you've got to pace yourself.
00:44Like when you wake up, have a certain amount and maybe time it out.
00:47Break out whatever that number is and just kind of like
00:49maybe set an alarm in your phone.
00:51Like, okay, I should be drinking a good eight ounces here
00:54or 16 ounces there.
00:55And you'll be surprised how much, you know,
00:59it's really not that difficult.
01:00And also, you can do stuff like squeezing lemon or cucumber.
01:04Make your water intake fun, you know?
01:07Like add some fruit to it, fuse it,
01:09and it'll make it more enjoyable
01:10and you're still getting your deli dose of water.
