00:00USA gold medals, Joe.
00:02We previewed this to start the Olympics.
00:04That was sitting around like eight and a half to nine and a half.
00:07Look at the steam, Joe.
00:09Gold medals for the Olympics here for the United States.
00:12Twelve and a half minus a 118.
00:15Steamed.
00:16Do we get 13 of them, Joe?
00:19Yeah.
00:19Well, apparently the market seems to think so, right?
00:22Which is great.
00:24But I mean, Norway is the defending medal count and gold count winner from the last winter Olympics.
00:31But the United States certainly from you go to the individual events, right?
00:36You know, they've got possible gold winners across the board in all of these events.
00:41So, yeah, why not USA getting over those 12 and a half gold medals?
00:46How about that?
00:47And also Canada only listed at eight and a half.
00:49When did the United States move ahead as Canada as a better winter sport country here?
00:54How about that?
00:55U.S. making strides.
00:57Yeah, no idea.
00:58And by the way, if they don't win hockey, they're kind of really, then that number is going to plummet in a big, big way.
01:05But, yeah, there's a lot of competition on the world stage when it comes to the Winter Olympics.
01:10That is for sure, Donnie.
01:12How about Norway, though?
01:13Listen, at 15 and a half here as the favorite.
01:15What do they do, Dominic, like the biathlons and the luge and the skeleton?
01:20Like, where does Norway clean up?
01:22Just skiing itself?
01:25Skiing, huge.
01:26Ice skating, huge, Donnie, in those events.
01:29And there are more Olympic events, I think, than any of the previous Winter Olympics, right?
01:36I mean, we got more sports, more of these events, which means more opportunities for medals.
01:41Yeah, it wouldn't shock me at all that they end up cleaning house when it comes to all the individual and team events with ice skating and skiing alone.
