00:09The panel completed its discussions on the substance of the complaint endorsed by Jet Nisai on Tuesday but deferred the vote to Wednesday, February 4.
00:17It is also set to deliberate on the Makabayan-backed complaint.
00:21Batanga 2nd District Representative Jervil Luistro says the delay would give members time to review the extensive discussions
00:27and approach the 2nd complaint with a fresh mind.
00:30The panel also voted 24-21 to reject a motion by Mamamayang Liberal Representative Laila de Lima
00:36to exclude questions on the authenticity of the complaint's attachments from the panel's review of its sufficiency and substance.
00:42Luistro says the committee was not looking into the truthfulness of the attachments yet,
00:47as this would be done during the hearing proper.
