00:00Nakahanda ang Department of Social Welfare and Development na tumugon sa posibleng epekto ng bagyo na binabantayan sa labas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:09Siniguro ng DSWD na sapat ang family food packs at non-food items ng Departamento sa Luzon Disaster Resource Center sa Pase City,

00:18Visayas Disaster Resource Center sa Mandawi City, Cebu, at regional warehouses sa buong wansa.

00:23Nakastandby na rin ang lahat ng quick response teams at mobile command centers at nakahanda para sa deployment.

00:29Una rito, ibinida ng DSWD na nakapag-repack na sila ng 3.3 million food packs nito lang inero bilang bahagi ng paghanda sa kalamidad o sakunat.
