00:51everything I'm wearing I made, except for this. Hi, my name is Emma. I am a DJ and
00:56small business owner and my style is rave goth. I make all kinds of earrings and
01:01accessories like I made this. Just fun things to add to your outfit that'll kind
01:07of complete the look. I love different colors, patterns, textures. This was like
01:11the natural choice for me to start a small business where I could really
01:14experiment and really be creative. So the key elements of my look are lots of black,
01:20lots of PVC, lots of spikes, but also really bright neon colors that kind of
01:24offset all the dark stuff. We're cyber goths, we love neon. It's a thing. So I
01:28think all my inspiration comes from 2000's cyber goth style and I kind of put my own
01:32twist on it. Like I like extreme things. I like pushing the limits and with this
01:36style like literally the sky's the limit. Today I am transforming from rave goth to
01:40beach babe. I'm a little bit apprehensive just because I don't know what I'm gonna
01:44look like. This is a new experience, but I'm not apprehensive scared. I'm
01:48apprehensive excited. I'm revealing to my husband and my friend Carla, I think my
01:52friend Carla is going to friend divorce me and I think my husband's gonna renew his
01:55vows.
01:59So do you have an idea what they're gonna do? Yeah, they're gonna turn me into a

05:46I, I don't know if they're going to like it or if they're just going to immediately start giving me
05:51a bunch of crap about it. I'm curious to see their reaction. I, I don't even know if I need to start
05:58giving myself crap. I've only known Emma as the like insane industrial rave look. So I'm super
06:05excited to see her in a different look. I mean, I think she's beautiful. So any,
06:10any kind of makeup they do on her is going to look good. Okay. I'm ready.

07:29It's something that I would never have tried on my own. So it was really cool to see myself in a
07:33different style. What I've learned from this experience is that I really like my style.
07:37I think this is really pretty, but to be honest, the other one's way more me,
07:41and it's something I will continue after today. If I had to sum up this look in one word,
07:45it would be beach babe. It's, it's exactly what I wanted to look like. And I liked it.
07:51I was overweight my whole life. My lowest point was I went dress shopping and the lady helping us
08:04said, that's not going to fit you. You need to go to the plus size section. I walked out of there
08:08like, okay, I needed to make a change. I lost 135 pounds without stepping foot into the gym. I am
08:16literally half the size that I was. My best friend Katie is coming over and we're going to go to a
08:21pool. And I am so excited and so nervous because my body has literally never been in a bikini.
08:31I was always just kind of an anxious eater, whether it was happy or sad, it was the binge eating. I
08:37didn't have control of it. I was probably taking in 6,000, 7,000 calories without even batting an eye.
08:43It's when you're in that binge, it's like, you don't stop to think until it's done. And you're
08:49so far gone. I was overweight my whole life. My lowest point was I went dress shopping and I held
08:57a dress up to my cousin and I said, I love this dress. And the lady helping us said, that's not
09:02going to fit you. You need to go to the plus size section. I knew that I was overweight, but having
09:07somebody else, a complete stranger, also speak on it was just like, holy smokes. She made me feel
09:14terrible. It broke my heart because it's, you know, the people around you will always protect you.
09:19But hearing it from somebody that didn't really care about my feelings, it was heartbreaking.
09:24You know, I walked out of there like, okay, I knew I needed to make a change. And she was the start of
09:30that. I was on Instagram and I saw this woman and she was doing a ketogenic diet. I'm like,
09:36everything she's eating, I love. I can eat like eggs and hamburgers with no bun and salads and meat
09:41and cheese and berries. It was so easy. I literally started the next day. I went to the grocery store
09:47and I filled up my refrigerator and it was like, it was go time. I think the hardest part was in the
09:53beginning. I'm a very social person. So it's trying to still be able to go out to eat, but still being
09:58able to do what I'm doing. But once that first month passed, it was so easy. I lost 135 pounds without
10:05stepping foot into the gym, without going for a run. My weight loss was 100% food. All of my progress
10:13though has been in the last two and a half years. My heaviest weight was 270 pounds and my weight now
10:18is 134 pounds. So I am literally half the size that I was. I had a ton of skin on my abdomen that I
10:29could physically pull, I mean inches away from my body. I've done so much work to get here and now I'm
10:35left with this. There was like this access part of me that I was like, it has to go. I had surgery for
10:41skin removal on my abdomen. I had a breast augmentation along with my tummy tuck. I was
10:45like, okay, like if I am going to spend the money on my body, I'm doing it. And it was the best decision
10:50ever. My best friend Katie is coming over. She's going to help me pick my first bikini that I've
10:56ever worn in my whole life. And we're going to go to a pool and go swimming. We've got a whole bunch
11:03of swimming suits, something that I was never ever comfortable wearing before that now I can't stop buying
11:09because I've got a whole new body. I am so excited and so nervous because my body has literally
11:18never been in a bikini. Hey, come on in. It's pool day. She's incredible. She's been so supportive
11:25of my whole journey. Are you ready? Yeah, but I think I need some of your help. I'm just so happy seeing
11:31her confidence through that. It's like, it makes me so like, I'm just so happy.

11:39So, we made it. Bikini time. It's go time.
11:55The confidence I have, the mental strength, the physical strength, just feeling like I am
12:07an incredibly different person in the best way. It feels good. It feels so surreal. I don't need to
12:15hide in pictures. I don't need to hide from social events. I just feel so much better. I feel so much
12:21more confident. You have to be in the right mindset to start. Any progress is progress. Keep going.
12:32Today, we're going to be transforming me into an Instagram model.
12:38I feel like I'm going to look at myself and be like, who is that?
12:44If I like it, I'm going to have an existential crisis.
12:46I like to add things like fake blood and stuff because I love horror. My name is Erin. I go by
13:02Vamprin. I would define my style as a mix between 80s and 90s goth. It takes me about two to two and a
13:08half hours to put this on. Today, Melanie's coming over to give me a typical Instagram model look.
13:16Being normal is just boring. There's no point. Why live a life to be boring?
13:22So, this is my prized piece here. It is my battle vest and I made almost all of the patches on it.
13:30I just love to put patches on anything. I would wear this to match my eyeballs.
13:34They have spider webs printed in black all around, but they also have spiders inside of them.
13:39I've never really thought about putting on clothes to make me blend in with society.
13:45When I show up like this to Christmas, my mother is always like,
13:49did you have to wear the contact?
13:52I think it'll be really interesting to see myself in an entirely opposite look to my own.
13:57I've never done it before. It's so beyond my comfort zone.
14:00I feel like I'm going to look like somebody else and when I look at myself, I'll be like, who is that?
14:07My first impression of Erin when I first saw her was, wow. I only know Erin as this Erin.
14:15So, I am going from my beautiful dark spooky self to nothing like how I am at all in any way, shape,
14:24or form. I think he will not like it at all.
14:27I specialize in super glamour, super pretty makeup. Really, that Instagram sexy makeup is my thing.
14:38I think the biggest challenge will be the hair. I'm not really sure how we're going to get this wig on.
14:43The main parts of an influencer look, I would say, is definitely a lot of contour.
14:57Everybody else wants to look like they're tanned. So, right now, we're completely faking this tan.
15:05Lashes. Lashes are always a big thing. I love it. It's such a different version of her. I love how
15:10bronzy she looks. I'm so excited for her reaction. I am so nervous to see myself right now.
15:21Oh my god. I never wear pink. Pink sequin is probably the worst thing I could imagine myself in.
15:29I don't think it'll suit me at all, honestly.

15:45I look like a completely different person. I like how the dress looks. I don't like the color. I

17:37I was very insecure. Through the tattooing, it's definitely allowed me to find who I am.

17:59So who am I? My name is Amber Luke. I started getting tattooed when I was 16 years old. I'm 26 now.
18:05I got my eyes tattooed at 22. That was a bit of a milestone for me. And then I got my tongue split
18:10the year after. Twice. About 98% of my body is covered in tattoos. Today we are going to cover
18:17everything. It's going to be super, super exciting considering I haven't seen myself like this since
18:23I was very young. So this is a demonic version of me. I got her holding a human heart with my
18:29mandala forehead. I'm very, very nervous for this day, mainly because of my insecurities,
18:37of what I looked like with no tattoos. Massive insecurities. I was bullied a lot in high
18:44school and primary school. So my confidence was next to nothing at a very young age. I was very
18:50insecure. Through the tattooing, it's definitely allowed me to find who I am. My childhood trauma
18:58about being bullied and stuff with no tattoos. It's going to rock me a little bit.

24:01invincible. I honestly feel like I can conquer anything in the world. So today I'm going to be
24:06taking my scene style look and transforming it over to a supermodel-inspired look.
24:10So today we're going to do a look that's going to be more of a softer glam. We're going to take
24:16off the black. We're going to go with neutral tones on the eyes and get rid of all the tattoos,
24:22which would be really cool to see. So just something a little bit more natural.

24:31Currently I have 15 piercings on my face. Altogether is about 19 because I have four on my ears.
24:38I like never take any of my piercings out, so they're all angry right now.

24:53So I didn't really start developing my style until I was near the end of high school. I was really
24:58scared to really show my true self. Growing up, my parents did not understand my aesthetic at all.

25:14Why would you ruin your features? And to me, it's my body. The worst thing I've ever been told by
25:21somebody was actually during a job interview of mine. I went in to go get some equipment to do a film
25:27production project and the person told me I can't be as flamboyant as I am to be behind the scenes.
25:35And that really just hurt my confidence because I'm going to be behind the camera. That's stuck
25:39with me the last few years. No one has ever touched my face. This is a first for me. I'm very excited.
25:48So we're going to do, we're going to do brown eyeliner, which is going to be a huge change
25:54for you. Oh wow. I don't think I've ever tried brown eyeliner. I can't wait for you to see. You're
26:00going to die. So what made you choose the whole supermodel look for you for your transformation today?
26:09Well, my parents, when I was a teenager, they would always tell me that I was as pretty as a model
26:15and that I could model. So I thought I could show them what I could look like now if I didn't go

34:22tomboy and goth, I wanted to differentiate myself from her. I feel like we were already compared to
34:27each other in so many other ways. Just for being sisters. Yeah. So I think kind of adopted very
34:33different styles because it allowed us to feel a bit more unique. I do think it's funny though that
34:37we came from the same family. It always surprises people. What do you think Bethan thinks of your
34:42Becky? I would say she probably thinks my style is quite boring. I think that's how she would describe
34:49it. It's just so plain. I think my dad would probably struggle with the fact that he has two
34:54daughters that dress like goths. My boyfriend loves me as I look now. I think he would probably drop dead
