12:30that was filed on December 2 of 2024 was deemed initiated for failure of the House
12:39to take action within the period of 10 session days.
12:44So counting from December 2, 2024, yung 10 session days niya was until January 14 of 2025.
12:59In other words, January 15, 2026, naglaps na ang one-year prohibition period.
13:08Sabi ng Supreme Court, ang tinutukoy nilang session days ay calendar days na nakasesyon ang kongreso.
13:15Iba ito sa depenisyon ng Kamara sa session day na maring gumulong ng ilang araw hanggat hindi na i-a-adjourn.
13:22Kaya tuloy may kalituhan daw, sabi ng ilang kongresista.

13:57That might be another cause or source of confusion that may lead again to another petition before the Supreme Court.
14:07Pagka the referral is on the 6th of Feb onwards, tingin ka wala ko tayong magiging problema dito.
14:13So people can file any complaint from today up until the 6th.
