00:21at various points along the northwest coast.
00:24Reports specify that in the next few hours, winds will be registered from the northwest
00:29with speeds between 15 and 30 km per hour, up to 35 km per hour on the north coast with higher gusts.
00:38Authorities also indicated that evacuation of residents in the lowest-lying areas of the capital have been implemented.
