00:30at various points along the northwest coast. Reports specify that in the next few hours
00:34winds will be registered from the northwest with speeds between 15 and 30 km per hour,
00:38up to 35 km per hour on the north coast with higher costs. Authorities also indicate that
00:44the evacuations of residents in the lowest-laying areas of the capital have been implemented.
