00:12अब सवाल यह है कि यह जो स्कीम है यह M.Narega से कैसे अलग है

00:16M.Narega mainly rural employment की guarantee देती है मतलब लोग काम करते हैं और wages मिलती है

00:22लेकिन महात्मा गांधी ग्राम स्वराज योजना इससे एक step आगे जा रही है

00:28यह स्कीम सरफ employment नहीं बलकि rural craftsmanship को एक strong livelihood model बनाने पर focus करती है

00:35यानि खादी, हाथकरगा और handicraft अब सरफ cultural identity नहीं रहेंगे बलकि organized production और income का source बनने जा रहे है
