00:30the strong relationship with Bolivia was highlighted through ongoing cooperation in the fields of health and technology.
00:37Through the creation of two non-profit hospitals in El Alto and Cochabamba aimed at assisting low-income people in Bolivia,
00:44these hospitals are staffed by Bolivian doctors and personnel under the supervision of an Iranian doctor serving as director.
00:51The diplomat warned that a global power is breaking the rules of peaceful coexistence established after World War II,
01:00which constitutes an imminent threat to several states.
01:07After two world wars and the death of millions of people,
01:10the international system finally managed to establish this framework of law,
01:14and its unilateral violation will have very serious consequences for the international community.
01:22Today, Iran, yesterday Venezuela, tomorrow Greenland, Cuba, Canada, the Panama Canal,
01:28all friendly and unfriendly countries will be exposed to this breakdown of order.
01:32Rumors about alleged secret military cooperation from Iran with Bolivia were also denied.
