00:00I saw Chrissy Teigen posted for you, kind of crediting you for helping her get sober again.
00:05What was it like to read that? I was shaking my head like I knew it was happening.
00:10It's overwhelming in the best way. I'm so, so proud of her. She's going to help a lot of people.
00:16And what I, you know, even when we were talking during the podcast, the things she was saying to
00:20me were so honest and so vulnerable. And it's so beautiful when someone is willing and giving that,
00:27you know, willing to make that step. And I was there as someone who's also opened up to her and
00:33we kind of were feeding off of each other. And she said things that I don't know if she's said
00:37publicly. And I felt honored and I mean, flattered that she would even share that with me. And then
00:45fast forward yesterday, posting what she said, I was blown away by it. I'm still touched and
00:50incredibly inspired by her. I messaged her also just like, it's not a linear path getting sober.
00:57You know, you could raise your hand. I got a problem, but you don't just all of a sudden go,
01:02okay, I'm not drinking anymore. Like some folks, it's a struggle for me. It was from the moment I
01:07realized I have a pro I had a problem. 2019, August, I didn't get sober until January of 2021 for her
01:1450 days back and forth. Like that's what we need to hear. Yeah. It's not like, Hey, I got sober.
01:20Everything's right. Yeah. And I really applaud her. She's a massive platform. She certainly
01:25had, has a past and there's things that she's got to work through. But I told her we're in this
01:30together and I'm here for you. Um, I can't believe she posted. I mean, I'm blown away. We've developed
01:35a really nice friendship. That's awesome. But Chrissy is, she's going to continue to do great stuff as
01:41long as she keeps being honest and authentic and it lowered me right in.
