00:00The heart of this cookbook, what I really noticed, the theme is family.
00:03You know, we see a lot of recipes that have been passed down to you.
00:06You talk about having breakfast with your dad, your kids, or even in some of the pictures,
00:09which I thought was so cute.
00:11My aunt, my mom.
00:12Yes, everyone.
00:14What does it mean for you to be able to pass these traditions onto the world?
00:18It means a lot, especially with my dad's passing.
00:20I mean, we just had people over all the time.
00:23People used to joke that our door was just a revolving door, and it was just always open on Shabbat.
00:27And we love community.
00:30I think especially after COVID, people realize how important community is and togetherness,
00:34and the best way to share time together is over a meal.
00:38So it was really important for me to share, and I think it's something important that everybody should focus on
00:44and just bringing people together, and it's really not that challenging.
00:47It seems like it's so overwhelming to host, but there are really easy ways to do it
00:52and make it still really beautiful while not stressing out too much.
